GoogleThe last 4 months I have been dealing with Jade in the Canterbury Lettings branch. I have experience with Your Move before, which usually is pretty useless. However Jade is a brilliant individual with excellent response time to emails and has a great personality for job. Real asset to Your Move in Canterbury.

Our house was originally with another local agent to start off with but they failed to sell it in 6+ months so we decided to give Your Move a try instead. The experience with Your Move felt more personalised and tailored to us than the previous agent and they found us a buyer within 6 weeks. Our house sale was far from smooth and fell through at the point of exchange… twice! But throughout the stressful and emotional journey the staff at Your Move were helpful, sympathetic and I genuinely felt like they cared and wanted to do all they could to ensure we got the end result we wanted. Dreadful first experience with Your Move Bromsgrove.Due for a house valuation in order to prepare to get the house onto the market. Had the house professionally cleaned, booked time off of work and arranged my children to be taken care of just for 'Paul' to cancel with no reason just 30 minutes before the appointment.Now we are out of pocket and out of confidence with this company.Do yourself a favour and do not waste your time or effort on this business.

We have been looking to move house for several months. We did not choose to use Your Move to sell our house but in terms of introducing us to potential target properties Your Move in Kirkcaldy and Christina in particular has been the most proactive person. She continually introduced us to suitable properties and was directly involved with a property we had an offer accepted on. Unfortunately only a couple of weeks before settlement the sellers backed out leaving us high and dry having sold our home. Christina then went out of her way to try and find an alternative property. In the unlikely event we were going to move again in the future we would have no hesitation in choosing Your Move

-5* BEWARE LANDLORDS !!! ...we agreed a let of 12 months, July 22 and Your-Move completed the Tenancy Agreement but we did not get a copy until 3 weeks after the tenant moved in. We expected the tenant to vacate July 2023, however the tenant served notice at month 5 .Your Move automatically have a 6 MONTH BREAK CLAUSE in their Tenancy agreements, we lost money in rent and had to pay more fees to find a new tenant!! . We thought it was a one off but it has happened again !! BEWARE !!

As immigrants we had to pay in full, and because they knew we have no place to go, they never showed or mentioned the real conditions of the apartment, completely UNIFIT TO LIVE IN, toilet is not working at all, it's leaking the dirty to downstairs neighbours, smashed entrance glass door they never showed us, and now we are finding pieces of glass everywhere. So far not one call from the manager... Still waiting for urgent help and nothing

I won't name the branch in South London because they were so bad. We signed the contract which was for 20 weeks!! We had one viewing in the first week, 2 confirmed viewings TWELVE weeks later neither of whom turned up including the accompanying agent. We gave them 4 weeks notice. The senior agent emailed - the first contact with him since we signed up - suggesting we drop the price. We didn't. The junior agent did call with a "possible" viewing but that was 3 days after the contract had ended. Your Move will email weekly reports of how many times your house was seen on their and Right Move websites - hundreds of times but only ONE viewing. Really? My husband phoned the branch several times, no-one answered. We can only assume potential buyers did the same to make an appointment to view and gave up because no-one answered the phone. So, if your Your Move branch only has 4 properties on their books, try another agent. We are now with another agent, same price, 7 viewings in 10 days. The market has not picked up that much just 2 weeks later.

Your Move, Falkirk Branch manager Marion together with Steven , Jodi, and all the other staff provided a very professional and friendly service to my family when selling my late father’s house. They understood this was an upsetting time for us and went out of their way to support us through the process, ensuring we knew what was happening at all times and managing the viewings on our behalf. Their communications with us was excellent, and provided guidance as and when required. We were exceptionally happy with their service throughout the process and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Great until the estate agent stopped replying to our emails. We had a virtual viewing and they seemed very helpful and couldn’t help enough. They told us he will send the necessary documentation to fill out so we can book a in person house viewing. Then never emailed us and has stopped replying to our emails. Rather disappointed.

I found the Darwen branch to be rude and unwilling to help in anyway possible! I would never rent off them again as my experience was not good ! They do not do repairs unless it’s 3/4 months down the line when it has gotten worse ! I would not recommend to anyone !

I am a Landlord and used Your Move to find a tenant. It was my first time using an agency to find tenants, so was apprehensive, particularly about the cost. They were very helpful and friendly. I felt they worked in my interests to get an excellent price for the property. Regarding the cost, I now understand there is a lot more work involved than I thought. So appreciate why they cost what they do.

Excellent service from Your Move in Lanark, Stephen explained the procedure and was spot on with the valuation. They were able to put us in touch with a surveyor (for the Home Report) and a solicitor, meanwhile Beth took care of all our viewings, giving us feedback and keeping us informed at every stage. We achieved an excellent offer well in excess of the Home Report value in a very short time. Mortgage advice was also available and, although we didn’t take a mortgage, Tom provided us with all the advice we needed. The service is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
