When the challenges are greatest during the recent storms the staff at Your Move Low Fell are so Professional.Help was given during the weekends to ensure that storm damage to properties was followed up quickly. A great team effort. In general this team is first class.Thank you for a great service.

I tried to book a viewing for a house that was advertised as available on Rightmove but one you could not find in the map. Called them few times and was going straight to a full voicemail box. Managed to get one woman on the phone but after trying to get as much info from me as possible and trying to sell her mortgage advice, somehow the house from "available" became "sold through another agency". Very dodgy estate agency. Wouldn't trust them to sell me a hot dog.

GoogleJust sold my house with Your Move. Steve and Bianca were excellent throughout the whole process responding quickly to enquiries and keeping me informed. They were very good at communicating with all parties involved in the sale. Recommended.

Bad company to deal with, no feedback no call no email and to top it all a 16 year old lad in the shop on his own with no guidance or support how disgusting is that poor lad was so embarrassed bless himAnd so again I answered this reply with the email given and still nothing, so my next move is the property ombudsman

GoogleOutstanding service all round from the Canterbury branch in respect to our recent house purchase. Kyle conducted our viewing, and was exceptionally professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, facilitating the process in an unhurried fashion and answering all our questions fully. In addition, the email and telephone communication we had with Suzanne at the branch, was similarly professional, approachable, and extremely helpful. Real assets to you company.

TrustpilotBombarded with emails despite never…
Bombarded with emails despite never having signed up with their service and living in a completely different part of the country. Everytime I get one I unsubscribe from the list but somehow keep getting emails virtually daily. I’ve even emailed some of their staff but no joy. Your-Move don’t want your emails, and not having a service that actually lets people unsubscribe is not ok. Fix it.

After 2 reviews and many emails back n forth. They have concluded their service that everything was my fault. Though out of may be 20 lost count only two fixing has done. Now i agree with them It's my fault that I've rented out property through them. So future potential tenants beware if you are taking property for rent through Your Move. This company is a Joke.

Disgusting agency. The agent was so unprofessional in Oldham. She accepted my offer but was very very forceful that I need to use their solicitor or broker in order to have the house. When I declined this she refused to sell the house to me because she wanted the extra money. She clearly didn’t even discuss it with the vendor and decided on her own. Disgusting greedy chav on the phone. I would avoid this agency they are foul

Being a landlord i was promised many things. My tenants left mid June. When they had left, an inspection was done by myself and the yourmove representative. We noticed damages up to £500, in which i notified yourmove of. As we reached mid August, i still didn't hear anything and i was trying to get through to the managers of the deposit team. They avoided picking up the phone and now we have reached October. They have notified me of nothing will be returned as I did not provide evidence. This was not advised by anyone. The poorest service i have ever received in terms of business. They are very quick to receive payments, but do not support landlords in any matter.
