I highly appreciate the leeds crossgate branch of your move I am buyer but i knowJames and Sandra have excellent marketing and expectation management skills.I come from another probate sale of another high street agent They takes 9 or more months .However ,your move complete my sale in 1.5 months and I found my property is a hidden gem and the previous owner kept very well in structural despite out of date furnishment.I really grateful of Your Move bringing the property Skelton Road to me.If I have any needs for sale,I must come for Your Move James Baratt

GORLESTON BRANCH - So where do I start, Emma west is a rude patronising human being that has no people skills, looks down on people who rent and doesn’t care about families health. They’ve broke the law for over 1 year, emails were sent 23rd February 2023 regarding no carbon monoxide alarm and we was fobbed off. Finally fitted one yesterday and left dust everywhere from drilling which I came home to and had to clean up. My boiler went over 2 years ago on a winters day with a newborn and I was told to wait to see if a plumber is needed and to wrap my baby in a warm towel. Emma obviously doesn’t have children. We had a house inspection and the agent thought my partners work was completely irrelevant and she would have a conversation with a client on loud speaker.We have been told that mould is not for landlords to sort out its down to the tenants.All your move care about is money, whether your a landlord, a Tennant or a Client buying a property I would steer well clear of your move. All they care about is fees and commission and make you feel like a peasant.I honestly do think Your Move need to train their staff better and refresh their minds on regulations. I have 10s of emails from your move, pictures and everything to follow.Unprofessional and reported to local authorities.Reviewed on trust pilot as review was removed on Facebook.

The property is old and there have been many issues along the way that have needed to be addressed. Your Move has always taken the time to help me fix any problems that have arisen. After my tenancy agreement ended, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned!I contacted the landlord who told me they agreed that it was OK to be released. I have a copy of the email sent from landlord to "your move " Its now day 11 and still waiting on £720!!Disgusting service!!"Jess Martin" needs sacking !!

GoogleI wish there was 0 starts because 1 start is too much for this dodgy agent. They want to take £100 from my deposit because there was some dust on a window and they claim that I broke a power socket. They take photos of every inch of the flat when they check you out but they zoom out when they take photos for the check-in. I'm considering taking them to court now. Avoid at all cost! P.S. I would take the 5 starts reviews with a bench of salt, if you see what I mean!
