Don’t bother using these to sell your house they are rubbish . They charged me £180 for photos which were complete rubbish and I had to go and pick her up. The photos they used to sell the house were rubbish and when I asked them if I could choose the best ones myself they said I would have to pay £10 per photo

The worst estate agency on the land. Staffed by total plebs who are objectionably pushy but when it comes down to doing their jobs properly they haven't got a clue. The ethos of this company is - get the commission at any cost. If the buyer approaches the seller they get all worked up and start sending threatening communications. Avoid these plebs - they have no etiquette. Total peasants.

Generally an extremely poor experience, having bought a house through them and attempted to purchase others. Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever received from an Estate Agency. Ideally focusing on the job in hand would be good, putting customer needs first, and not trying to push their recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors on to you would be a great start. Your Move made a few promises when I chose to sell with them. Not only did they then proceed to do nothing to keep their promises, they also did nothing to try and sell the house once it was live on the market. They over-estimated the value and only when I intervened after roughly 8 weeks did they agree that the price needed to be lowered. That then happened again after another 7 weeks roughly. Had I not been getting in touch to try and do something to sell the house, Your Move would have done nothing about it. Aside from that, they had told me that I would get feedback from every viewing. Not a single time was I given feedback without having to chase them for it. Your Move did not withhold their side of the agreement that was made at the beginning of the process, although they will still happily take my money.
