Called to enquire about a property with the Newton Abbot office. The, so-called, salesperson refused to allow us to view as he stated the buyer would only allow people who are immediately ready to move access to the property. We did explain that although we had two properties to sale this did not preclude us from making an offer if the property was suitable.Instead of listening to us the salesperson decided he would attempt to try and obtain the listings for both our properties which I explained to him was already in the hands of a local agent that we had worked with through renovations and so were not interested.The salesperson promised me he would call back after speaking to the vendor of the property we were interested in but failed to do so. Not only will we never list a property with this company we shall also completely avoid it for our next purchase.

We have had a really bad experience with this agency so far! They let a contractor into our flat without our consent or prior notice. The staff argued with us that it's lawful and they could enter any time!!!! Besides, the staff is extremely rude and they treat you like they are making you a favour. The flat hadn't been cleaned prior to our move-in date and was given to us in a horrible condition. It took us one week to bring it to a habitable state.

How embarrassing for the director Oliver hurren who himself owned the property I rented. Lets the property get in such a state and doesnt do serious repairs that I was left with no choice but to call environmental health and he gets an improvement notice issued against him. The property has serious subsidence, a 3cm crack along the entire wall and ceiling. Looks like the ceiling is going to cave in any moment and actual rain water leaking through the kitchen ceiling and all he does is make excuse after excuse after excuse and does nothing. Also has the cheek to increase the rent while the place is in the disrepair it is. You might have more luck if your landlord doesn't work for the company and actually cares about their property and spends money on maintaining it. I'm leaving the property and he puts up the rent while not even attempting to do anything about repairing it
