Wow, what can I say, the best service ever. Karen Yates at the Goole Branch has been absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend using Your Move to any of my family or friends if they were ever thinking of selling or buying property. Karen has made the whole process so painless. I can not thank Karen and Elliott enough for all their time and patience and getting my property sold so quickly.

Cannot recommend them enough. Karen was brilliant throughout valuing my property, getting it on the market and throughout the sales process. She is efficient, friendly and dedicated. She answered all my questions without making me feel daft (there were lots of questions!) and was on hand night and day whenever I was unsure of anything. She didn't make me feel rushed or pressured at all throughout the whole process. Denise was also fantastic and together they are an amazing duo. Denise helped filter through the number of requested viewings to ensure there were no time wasters and within 48 hours I had 3 viewings and 2 offers - Accepting an offer after 5 viewings and 4 of which were interested and placing their interest and/or offers thanks to the excellent work of the Your Move team.

Our family used Your Move in Kirkcaldy for the sale of our late mother’s property. This has been a very emotional time for us all, but the whole process from beginning to end was made so much easier by the first class professional assistance of the Kirkcaldy Branch. Specifically we have dealt with Jade, David & Christine. They all kept us fully updated and guided us through the whole process. Their professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity has been appreciated more than they know. These members of staff are a real credit to Your Move, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, professional Estate Agents in the Fife area.

Excellent estate agents. I was always unlucky with estate agents in the area that I found unprofessional and useless in doing their job. Your move have changed my mind and restored my trust on estate agents. For rentals, Tayla is awesome. Professional and so efficient. A truly 5 stars agent. Hope her manager will read this because I mean every single word I say. I will happily deal with them in the future as I was on the verge to loose hope on estate agents in HEMEL

I would leave more stars if I could - your move chester-le-street have been amazing in supporting us with selling our home from the very beginning. All of the ladies there are doing a fab job and they are so pleasent and friendly. I have to say that most of our dealings have been with Sharon and we can't thank her enough for her constant chasing up and giving us updates. I have been so close to ripping my hair out dealing with the solicitor's, but Sharon has been great in supporting us and pushing them along. She is a credit to the company. We would most definitely be using your move again in the future with any property sales.

There are many poor estate agents best avoided but Your Move Hinckley buck that trend, I can’t speak highly enough of them! The staff collectively (Zoe, Chloe and Kate) are all helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Zoe gets a special mention here as she dealt with my sale. (Thanks Zoe, 110 must have tried your patience more than once but you were always there to listen to me and answer my questions; if you didn’t know the answer, you found out for me. You made my particular sale ups and downs easier to deal with). Especially Zoe, but all the staff in general, are friendly, approachable and well able to answer queries. I highly recommend Your Move Hinckley and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

GoogleIve rented through yourmove for roughly 5 years and overall im satisfied with the service I’ve received. I have however on a number of occasions dealt with a lady called Gemma (based in canterbury) Who has been nothing short of fantastic, i really cant speak highly enough of how much further Gemma went to help myself and my family. She is hands down the best estate agent in my 10+ years of renting Ive ever dealt with.

After sometime looking for a house to buy I finally found one through Your Move Radcliffe. From first contact I spoke with Nicholas Chadwick who booked me in for my viewing. On the day of the viewing, Nick arrived in good time so I was not waiting around. During the negotiation stage of an offer, Nick replied back straight away communicating very well between me and the sellers. Once an offer was agreed, Nick was great, keeping me up to date, ensuring everything was going smoothly for both parties. I would recommend Your Move Radcliffe and Nick who was professional and provided a great service.

Worst estate agency...AVOID!!!---------------Later edit: This review concerns the Bedworth branch. @TrustPilot my solicitors can confirm my experience@YourMove please check all the internal exchanges before asking TrustPilot to delete the review--------------After accepting my offer for a non chain proprety they have called me and said that in fact it is chain and for "the right price" may become no chain...I have refused of course...I have done the stupid thing to pick another proprety with them and started the buying process...their solicitors have ignored my solicitors enquieries for 6 weeks...after 3 months I had to pull my offer out as the mortgage offer was expiring and they refused to give me any commitment. I have been personally chased them for 6 weeks, after my solicitors said that they can get in touch with their solicitors...I have lost my money for searches/solicitors fee and my time...They shouldn't be allowed on the market...scamming people...so disappointed.

Really fantastic service from start to finish, from both the team in Northampton Kingsthorpe and Kettering branches. Shout-out to Jess and Stephanie especially as they made a difficult situation not only bearable but enjoyable. They coached us through putting the house on the market and were upfront and highly communicative. We had a few problems with our buyer and Jess did so much to help us, she really went the extra mile. Honestly we expected some customer service and communications but Jess went above and beyond what we expected; no question was too stupid, nothing left unanswered or evaded, expectations were managed and to keep things moving she put up with some awful messages and emails from the buyers solicitors. She gave advice, she even helped us find a builder and explain more about technical structural stuff. We think if it hadn’t been for Jess we would have pulled out and not bothered but she really improved the experience for us. When we got the keys from our vendors estate agents they didn’t seem to care so we walked round to Jess at Your Move and told her and they were really nice to make a big deal about it. They also let us know when they were off work or ill and always had someone to cover them.

I am selling a flat and have found the service from the Kirkcaldy Branch excellent. Everything was fully explained and guidance on the current buyers market was given. As I live overseas I took the selling option that includes Your Move organising the Home Report the viewings and the conveyancing solicitors. A sellers update report was emailed to me every week and I was texted with details of viewing appointments booked. It has been stress free, important under the current circumstances we are living with.

So had no heating so rang out of hours before the office opened. Jessica was quick to get back in touch and after a brief explanation what the issue was, stated she'd ring the landlord right away. Within 3 hours we had someone across to look at the boiler. So happy with the experience and how efficient and reliable jess was. This your move office has always been a friendly and helpful office. Thanks to jessica we had a warm house tonight.

We cannot recommend Your Move in Durham enough. Ian and Nicky were a huge help getting our property on the market. Nicky even managed to help us find the house we ended up purchasing. We were kept in the loop with everything and never had to chase for anything. Communication has been 10/10. We are now being helped by Sue in the sales support team who is there if we need anything else. Would definitely recommend Your Move for anyone looking for an estate agents

Wishaw branch lettings team is a complete shambles! The full process of getting a tenant was excellent there after shambolic! If you are considering using them as your letting agent honest answer is don't! As per previous review they couldn't sort out rent payments and in turn made out it was the tenants doing, it wasn't, now 5 months into the tenancy they have back dated insurance premiums that were meant to start at the beginning of the tenancy we were informed some weeks ago there was an issue, that was rectified and the policy would take effect. Yes take effect from that date, how can it be back dated. Yet again another show of sheer and utter disregard for clients. Happy to line their pockets though. As per the below rent protection team haven’t been in touch they left a voice mail and never called back so yet again proves customer service is beyond a joke!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Brilliant from the start! I was struggling to find myself my first home till I entered Your Move Darlington. Lindsey and Debbie were fantastic. Helped me find the right place and forwarded me to a fantastic Solicitor to finalise the purchase of the property. I couldn't of been more pleased with the way everything has gone.Highly recommend
