ATTENTION YOU CAN ONLY LOSE MONEY. I will describe the situations: I found an apartment on the agency's website that interested me and I made a purchase offer, the offer was accepted by a person selling a flat, When I was watching the apartment, I asked if there are any problems with this apartment, I received the answer that the seller wants to sell the apartment as soon as possible because he goes away. After almost a year of waiting time, I received a message that the seller withdrew the offer, without giving a reason. And of course the money back from the agency I did not receive. IN MY OPINION THE AGENCY IS JUST CHEATING ON THE CLIENT IN THIS WAY.

Durham branch valuation - sooooo helpful!

I needed some valuation help to get an idea of what my property would be worth after renovations. Ian responded extremely quickly and professionally with a lot of good, data backed information. So very helpful even when there was nothing in it for him other than to help a local! Consider that when other agencies were asking for £'s. Above and Beyond 5 Stars Service

My move to Nottingham was filled with legal complications and delays but the girls at Your Move Maddy and Andrea were simply amazing! They constantly went the extra mile despite constant issues making a stressful experience so much easier Nothing was too much trouble even driving late after hours to meet me ( then lost in Nottingham) They helped find me to give me the new house keys to allow me to move in still that night amazing ! Both girls continued to help getting lots more information for me on how things worked still helping me even after the completion of my purchase I recognise such friendliness the desire to help me in challenging stressful situations is true kindness and it is very rare in the world we live in I felt I really mattered and both Andrea and Maddy get my heartfelt thanks for their brilliant 5 star plus service from beginning to the end I cannot praise the girls too much and their ability to assist however difficult the challenges to complete my purchase became Well done 10 stars from me !!!

My flatmate and I decided to attend yourmove kirkcaldy to assist with the sale of our flat and also to assist us both with finding our next properties. I have recently exchanged contracts and can share some experiences with the purchase. Steve, Joe and the team have been really helpful during the purchase. They have been very accommodating when I requested to visit the property several times as well as arranging for builders/surveyors to come for quotes on some renovation work. Your move West Denton go above and beyond their job description in every way possible! Me and my partner recently purchased our first house and found solicitors very difficult and terrible at communicating, however Abigail and Ashley were relentless and completely on our side, chasing solicitors, sellers and giving us daily updates big or little. The girls were on the other end of the phone whenever we needed them and made us feel heard and looked after. I can confidently say myself and my partner would have most likely pulled out of our sale if it wasn’t for the hard work and graft Abigail and Ashley put in, we are very very grateful.

YourMoveDentonIf I could give them a no star I would. Moved out of the property in August and still waiting on my deposit back! Being passed from person to person and still get nowhere. They say it’s MyDeposit who need to give it back, MyDeposit said they’re waiting to get something back from YourMove, YourMove say they’ve done everything then MyDeposit say it’s YourMove who needs to release it back to us.. absolute joke! 2 months and no deposit back!

We are in the process of selling our property through the branch and the team have gone above and beyond throughout. Our house was marketed exceptionally and sold with ease. Kiran is simply outstanding at her job and comes across very genuine and somebody that actually cares about you and your happiness. The whole experience for any first time buyer is always going to be relatively nervy and overwhelming. Nevertheless having Kiran on board from day 1 was particularly reassuring as she constantly kept me in the loop and provided me with great insight into the process and what I could expect. Extremely unprofessional . Constant problems getting anything in the property fixed the house was still leaking when we moved out . Steep rent increases every year !! We left the house spotless even put a new toilet seat new seals round the bathroom and kitchen and touched up all the paint .Two months later we still haven’t seen a penny of our deposit . The agents have done nothing at all to help they have made it worse by giving us the wrong advice .Do not rent with this company!!
