If you're looking for a reliable, friendly and supportive local estate agent, I can't recommend Your Move Rowlands Gill enough! The service I have received so far has been amazing and I'm so glad I decided to work with the team in the Rowlands Gill branch.From the initial meeting with Alex, he was very informative and helpful in explaining the whole process and took great pictures of the house to market. I have had further support from Abi, Claire and Bridie and everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly, helpful and the communication has been great. Everything has gone very smoothly and they successfully found someone to buy my house within 5 days of it going on the market. This is the first time I have ever sold a property and the team have been so supportive and quick in getting back to me whether by phone or email answering any questions I have and keeping me up to date with progress. I would not hesitate in recommending to my friends and family and would definitely use again in the future. Thanks again everyone at Your Move Rowlands Gill for making my first house sale so straightforward and stress free!

My experience of using yourmove in durham city has been excellent. We have used them in the past, so when we made the decision to sell our house there was only 1 company we were going to use. The whole process of selling and buying a new house can be very stressful, but Nicola, Ian Phil and Chera-lise at yourmove durham take care of everything from start to finish keeping us informed at all times of the progress. A big shout out to Nicola who makes you feel like you are the only person she is working for, that is a skill in itself. Keep up the good work guys.

The company Your Move, the Exmouth office went above and beyond a good estate company!! I am not a patient man at the best of times and had no experience of selling a property before; Mr. Gary Batton and his team were professional and friendly and they took the time to explain what was happening at every step of this sale!! He is knowledgeable and devoted to helping his customers if and when the opportunity arises in the future to buy a property Your Move will get our call!! GoogleWe just picked up keys for our new home in Canterbury. We found the process of offer making a bit stressful (although maybe that’s normal). Once our offer was accepted, Steve was great in helping us communicate with the seller. As it took a while to complete, they kindly provided us access to the property several times. Joe was super patient with us when we were taking our measures or talking to contractors. Overall, a very good experience!

Wish I’d never rented my property through this company. No inspection done for over a year which goes against the contract yet they’re unwilling to admit any liability for damages caused by the tenants which have amounted to well over £1000. So much stress caused by this company which makes me regret renting at all. Definitely recommend finding another company.Edit: Your Move requested the information through Trustpilot as per their reply which I immediately supplied, but I’ve not heard anything from them (it’s now 24/09). I hope this shows the legitimacy of my comments as once again they’re not taking responsibility and are avoiding contacting me.

Juila and all the team in Chester le Street were so professional the whole way through looking for a buyer for our house. Stephen took brilliant pictures and put us at ease with the process. Julia kept us up to date the whole way through the process. Whenever we had a bid she was straight on to us. I felt confident she had our best interests the whole way through. I would recommend anyone selling to use Your Move, I know I would be happy to use them again.

She explained everything to us and really made us feel at ease with us been first time buyers, she then introduced us to Joe (Mortgage Broker) Thank you for this Gemma this is the best thing we ever did!Joe is absolutely amazing, he knew we was really nervous but he reassured us after every call, Joe was very professional and explained how everything would work. Sabi is a source of information and local knowledge, she is the branch manager at perton and has been for 28 years and knows her turf inside out. We were sold in literally hours and got asking price - use a local agent who knows your area, who works for you, she works on perton & lives in Perton. She gets some bad press sometimes but trust me she does everything by the book. You are also guaranteed a polite and professional service - 100% recommended

Without a doubt the best in and around Burton on Trent!Zoe and Iain worked endlessly to get my sale of a leasehold property over the line, even with an S20 building works order they still secured the offer price given!I had the pleasure of dealing of the whole team at the Burton branch. Due to my upward purchase falling through Zoe and Gavin kept my sale going and got my buyer to Let back my property to me! In the meantime Zoe got me the house I wanted in the exact location. Whenever Zoe or Iain were unavailable, Leah was always on hand and in the know with information on the case so I was always kept up to date.Gavin worked up all the papers for a temporary Let in no time, while Zoe pushed my purchase constantly and kept me updated on a regular basis, 2 months later Iain handed me the keys to my new home.This was not your regular simple sell and buy but these guys made it look easy! They also made me feel like a member of their team, I don't think you can ask for much more from an estate agent.It pays to be with YourMove!Thank you YourMove Burton!All the best!

Your Move Montrose, Stephen and the team really bring a personal touch to what they do..We sadly had to sell our grandparents home that has been in our family since childhood - built from scratch - it could have been a traumatic experience however they made everything very straightforward. They really did provide a professional bespoke service going above and beyond, they got us the best price for our home and took to do with absolutely everything.They are the most professional, personable ethical, locally respected estate agent in the heart of Montrose and myself and my family will always be thankful for the way they helped us as this sad timeThank you again and keep doing what you do!!D

If I could give a lower rating I would. Never use Your-Move to manage your rental property. The letting management team have zero communication skills and they use the most unreliable service team to do work on the properties. I have waited a month to get a reply to an email, I am trying to cancel my full management service with them and they are not responding to any emails/calls. Every time I call I am speaking with someone new who has no information or power to do anything about the cancellation. I feel they are dragging out the process to gain more profit and it is just not acceptable. I have waited over 5 months for a boiler to be serviced. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

My experience with the Your Move - Stewart Filshill team was exceptional from start to nearly finish. We had private buyers who pulled out so we needed our house on the market and sold asap as we had purchased another. Everything was done within 13 days and the team especially Alison were great. When it is time to move many years down the line, I will definitely be using this Branch!

A first class service . This was a difficult sale due to the type of property which was exacerbated by Covid. The team went out of their way to resolve a number of problems ,including an abortive sale when the buyer disappeared. The team then really got their bit between the teeth and found another buyer almost immediately and followed through with diligent care and with an assuring and positive attitude which helped me enormously . Special mention to Daniel, Lauren and Danielle who really went the extra mile for me- not forgetting Branch manager Ayca whose amazing committment in chasing Solicitors etc ensured this sale got over the line.

I wanted to give a review of Tayla Barber at the Hemel Hempstead branch due to outstanding service I have recently received.I contacted Your Move looking to rent a property for myself and my two boys. I spoke with Tayla who was extremely helpful, informative and kind (I hadn’t received this treatment from other estate agents I had spoken to.) Tayla answered all questions I asked and really helped me to understand how to best go about renting a property. Shortly after this a property came up that I wanted to view. Tayla managed to fit me in straight away, due to this I found a property I really liked and put an offer in. Tayla was extremely patient and quick to supply information I asked or required when completing paper work and relevant checks. Unfortunately, a few weeks later the landlord retracted the offer we had agreed upon and put the property I so wanted back up for rent. I was so gutted, Tayla couldn’t of been more professional, reassuring, kind, supportive and helpful at what was such a frustrating time. Tayla has continued to work hard to help me to find a rental property meeting all my needs and requirements. She has recently shown me a new property that I have now put an offer on. It is all thanks to Tayla’s support and hard work that I potentially have a lovely new home for myself and my children. Due to the service I have experienced from Tayla, I would definitely recommend her and Your Move. Especially to friends and family! 🙂

When we found a house we loved through Right Move we decided we would use them to sell our house and go through all the process to get our new home. Claire from the Wigton branch in Cumbria was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, she kept us informed in every step of the way and she got us our dream home. We can't thank the branch enough for everything they have done for us. Would not hesitate to use in the future ( if needed).

I am in the process of trying to relocate to Canterbury and looking online at many houses. Trying to arrange appointments at weekends, living almost 2 hours away, has proved challenging and the service from some agents has been negligible to say the least.I spoke to Bianca and was impressed with her understanding of our situation, and she was very quick to respond to the many questions I had. She definitely showed a professional 'can-do' attitude and made an appointment for us to attend an Open Day.On the day, she met us on time, again provided great assistance, told me about the next steps and made sure she followed up with an email and call All in all, I've been really impressed with her approach and she is an asset to the team. Would highly recommend.
