Working with Sandersons was a great experience. During our house hunt they took notice of what we were looking for and where. We felt we were getting a bespoke service, unlike some agents who bombarded us with houses that weren't right. If we got a call from Sandersons we took it seriously. Antonia was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. She happily arranged multiple viewings and kept us informed of potential houses coming to market. Antonia even met us at a viewing, on her day off, at short notice to show us around. A+++ for service with a smile!

Professional, Helpful and Caring I very much appreciated the engaging experience with Sandersons Canterbury at the various stages during purchasing of our house. In the process I have engaged with three individuals, Heidi, Kellie and Antonia, and all of them are highly professional, very helpful and caring. We started with Heidi introducing us to the property while she was open and honest about what can be achieved, which was very helpful in the vital decision making process. Post the sale agreed stage, we engaged with Kellie. She was very helpful and a delight to work with. All of our requests were dealt with promptly and courteously. Due to the nature of the property we bought, we had to visit a number of times than usual, in fact, over a half dozen time and all these visit requests were managed promptly and with no hesitation, whilst she had to deal with the separate rental estate agent to gain access. This was simply the best experience of the journey. At the final stage while Kellie was on holiday we have engaged with Antonia. In this stage we hit a difficult road blocker when the deal had almost collapsed. Antonia had demonstrated great negotiation skills to get us out of the sticky situation with great patient, understanding and respectful of emotions and showing great care. We would highly recommend Sandersons Canterbury either you are selling or buying.

We would recommend Sandersons without hesitation both for sales and for management. For sales, they have been energetic, professional, and thoughtful in their approach from the outset, more than other agents we have used. In a difficult market, some harder thinking was required which proved successful. For management, we have been extremely impressed by them from the start. There was a long period prior to formal instruction while we awaited the sales of the flats and Sandersons went out of the way to be helpful and constructive, and they continued in this way.

They were absolutely awful and in the end we ran a couple of mystery calls only to be left flabbergasted at their derogatory negative manor to our mystery caller. Please think.
