Dear Bethany, Please could you provide us with some more information on the nature of your disappointment with our service to give us an opportunity to discuss it with you and rectify any issues you have? Our branch has no record of receiving any communication from you. We are a reputable agent and the majority of our business is based on recommendation so we would like to at least be given an opportunity to discuss the matter with you.
