Absolutely disappointed and regretting I chose MANN woolwich , Victoria wasn’t supportive and helpful at all, I rented a house 3 weeks ago, when I went in there was no hot water at all. Been chasing and going to the agency in woolwich every day and until today there is still not hot water in the property. Never ever trust them especially Victoria. I can’t believe that in 21st century I need to use kettle to have shower . Thank you @mannwoolwich

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant! Their service was outstanding from start to finish! They kept us updated, regularly checked in to make sure the process was going as we hoped, chased solicitors (sometimes hourly), answered our many questions... the list goes on - nothing was too much trouble. AND it was done during a pandemic so everything was that much harder to coordinate. They were on hand (and have been after completion) with helpful advice and truly made what could have been a difficult move, a walk in the park. Thank you to Paul and the team - in particular Marie, Amy, Tom and Lou. They were a total pleasure to deal with and would recommend them 100 times over. Thank you :)

GoogleI used the Mortgage Advice Bureau to get my mortgage. Michael is excellent and really knows his stuff and has excellent interpersonal skills. I always felt comfortable, informed and fully aware of the situation. Mackensie is a great part of the team as well, demonstrating excellent communication skills to keep us up to date and made sure the whole process went smoothly without any hiccups. I would 100% recommend to atleast have a chat with Michael, and I'm sure you'll stick with him.

I am currently moving home and chose to view a property with Mann Countrywide in Woolwich based on my criteria seemingly being met on my Rightmove search. The images did not include the front of the property which I now know to be a red flag. When greeted by the estate agent, Catherine, at the property I explained that the property had been incorrectly listed online but she did not seem surprised (regular practice?) or even apologetic at the fact I had made a wasted journey due to the misrepresentation. I advised her I was only interested in semi detached properties so would not be continuing with the viewing, to which she replied “if it’s just you and no one else, can I ask why you’re only looking at semi detached homes?” As if extra occupants makes me eligible for side access to my garden Catherine! No one contacted me afterwards for feedback or clarification and as a result of Catherine Melder's attitude, I certainly will not be using Mann in the future. It's a shame as my mum had used them in the past when purchasing and had good things to say but it seems that times have changed.

Awful experience with Mann. Unfortunately I was the buyer so was unable to escape using this agent. They are bullies and made the whole experience incredibly stressful for me. Tried to manipulate me into using their solicitor, spoke to me like dirt on phone calls, told me they were 'bored' of the situation I was in when the seller and I had a disagreement about something that was broken in the property and I wasn't being allowed entry to make sure it was fixed before completing, and delayed the process by taking weeks to book in viewings as they would forget to call me with available days. I will never use Mann and would be put off buying a property who are using them

GoogleDuring the purchase of my first property I got to know a lot of the staff at mann. They were all lovely people and tried to help on numerous occasions.
