GoogleDo not deal with Jessica Kwok at this branch, she is very rude and condescending and replies to your emails with her own agenda to try cover up her mistakes. I am a tenant and have not felt looked after at all, so if i was a landlord I would not want my property in her hands. When i was away on a business trip i had someone house sitting for me and she called him a liar and was extremely rude to him even though i had emailed permission to speak on behalf of me as the shower had broken which left us without a shower for over a week. Her answer was go to a friends or a gym or something. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
