Had the luxury of a generous time to sell and complete given my anticipated moving on date and so had the opportunity to test the market and gauge the appropriate market price under Darren’s guidance. Excellent marketing materials were produced, photos, brochures, on-line presence, video tour etc., all managed by Darren, who also hosted viewings often at short notice. We secured an offer relatively quickly, and Darren kept me informed and updated throughout the survey and sale process, liaising and chasing the eventual first time buyer until we finally completed successfully. As the buyer was prone to delaying, never having purchased before, Darren gave reassurance and helped what is always a stressful operation go as smoothly as possible. A great personal, tailored service from a large organisation. Highly recommended.
