I used CBRE to help me find a new home and the whole process took about 2 weeks. They help you secure somewhere really fast. My agent Olivier was really nice, amazing at communicating. He would reply to emails fast, he had my telephone number. He was also patient when things needed to be done. He gave me good property advice so I knew I was making the right decision. Now I’m in my new home and I’m loving it all thanks to Olivier at CBRE. Could not have been done without you so thank you soo much :) and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy a house !

I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle Dunbar of CBRE who helped me secure a brand new tenancy on a new Royal Wharf property. She was absolutely amazing in every way possible and I would not hesitate at recommending her and CBRE to anyone. A truly 5* service from start to finish. After recent disastrous dealings with another Royal Wharf letting agency I was so stressed out by the entire experience and was left feeling totally demoralised. Then I met Michelle and she restored my faith in lettings and within a matter of 9 days she helped me secure a lovely property for which I will be ever grateful. He genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for both tenants and landlords and we are very grateful for the hard work he put in making sure we secured the lease of the property we wanted. Because we're entrepreneurs with two companies, our personal and professional finances are quite intertwined. When the referencing agency required further guarantees, Alex took the matter in his own hands, talked to the landlord and intermediated everything. As a tenant: * CBRE breaches terms of their agreement, accepting rent for our tenancy, whilst permitting another to move in violating our right to peaceful enjoyment * Extremely unresponsive to bathroom issues. Our toilet was unusable for 6 months of the 18 months we were there * Frivolous charges that hold no water, expecting tenants to cover inexistent charges. * Chases when rent is paid one day late but happy to hold onto overpaid rent for almost a month, without getting in touch. They may be great if you are the landlord. Absolutely the worst if you are a tenant. They will try their very best to extract every penny from you.

Used CBRE as sole selling agent, and worked with Darren Gibbinson throughout the process. Had the luxury of a generous time to sell and complete given my anticipated moving on date and so had the opportunity to test the market and gauge the appropriate market price under Darren’s guidance. Excellent marketing materials were produced, photos, brochures, on-line presence, video tour etc., all managed by Darren, who also hosted viewings often at short notice. We secured an offer relatively quickly, and Darren kept me informed and updated throughout the survey and sale process, liaising and chasing the eventual first time buyer until we finally completed successfully. As the buyer was prone to delaying, never having purchased before, Darren gave reassurance and helped what is always a stressful operation go as smoothly as possible. A great personal, tailored service from a large organisation. Highly recommended.
