GoogleAfter multiple disappointing experiences with real estate agents in London, CBRE and especially Alex Myles were a breath of fresh air. Between the day we sent our enquiry online and the day we signed our lease, Alex, thanks to his excellent support and professionalism, managed to secure us a great deal within 1 week. GoogleWhen selling our studio flat at Burrells Wharf, we had the help of Daniel Mans from CBRE. The whole process went very smoothly and Daniel was very good at communicating and keeping us up to date on what was going on with various offers from potential buyers. We no longer live in London but can highly recommend CBRE Residential and Daniel Mans for any property purchases or sales in the London area.

He has always managed to find us corporate tenants fairly quickly and have advised us well on the level of rent we could achieve for our apartments. GoogleTerrible Customer Service Experience with CBRE and Jarryd I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with CBRE and one of their agents, Jarryd. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by both the company and Jarryd personally was nothing short of appalling. After agreeing to the terms of a rental offer, I was shocked to receive a condescending and disrespectful email from Jarryd, attempting to renegotiate the terms at the last minute. Not only was this a clear breach of our agreement, but it also demonstrated a complete disregard for basic principles of customer service. Furthermore, Jarryd's arrogant demeanor and attempts to lecture me on industry practices were highly inappropriate and offensive. It is clear that neither CBRE nor Jarryd value their clients or understand the importance of clear communication and mutual respect. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with CBRE or working with Jarryd to think twice. Their poor customer service and unprofessional behavior make them unfit to represent any reputable company. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleCBRE have managed our property for about 8 years and they have always been great. Good communication and they always find us good tenants and manage them well. They organise any repairs etc quickly and efficiently. We live overseas so a good service is really reassuring to us. Alex handled our recent change of tenant and this was super fast, easy and he got us a great rental rate.

GoogleRented a property through CBRE, never missed a payment and returned the property in exact the same condition (professionally cleaned) and now can not get my deposit back for 2 months!! Absolutely unprofessional, do not reply to e-mails unless you send complaint letter. In breach of our tenancy agreement so have to open a resolution case with Deposit Protection agency. Would not recommend

GoogleDon’t buy a new build property from them unless you’re completely clued up on all of the issues that might happen- they are cowboys who only care about commission. The sales team just spouted rubbish throughout and gave me terrible and wrong advice. After the sale the whole property was full of issues that I was told before purchasing would be fixed, the developer had 0 intention of fixing and cbre pretended they were going to support and then just ignored all my emails. The whole thing has been a horrendous experience. I’m 2 years on and trapped in a new build full of problems and service charge that has increased from the projected 2k to 6k. Please please - anyone else looking to buy just stay clear.

This essentially led me to stay with James (previously i had two other agents on the property as well) for the subsequent letting and also finding a place to rent myself.
