GoogleAwful! Avoid! Any landlord should avoid this agency. Rip off renewal fee for existing tenant. Over £1000 for 1year for 1 bed flat. When any other agency would charge £200-£300. Unprofessional team. Always referring to their terms and conditions which it’s impossible to understand ( even for our solicitor) Don’t make our mistake. Go somewhere else!!!!

I regret the day when I found this agency. They never answered my emails / calls in time, it took weeks to have hearing in the flat. The fees are ridiculous. £360 to change a sentence in a contract.Also, the previous tenant told me that Alex Neil pressured them to post fake positive reviews on various websites.Avoid them!!!

Googlethe team at Alex Neil Bow have managed my small portfolio for me for nearly 20 years now.
They have always found me new tenants very quickly so that I have no void periods. Their property management dept is extremely efficient and basically sort out any problems for me so that I don't need to.
Alex Neil have also sold a number of properties for me over the years including one very recently. they secured an excellent purchase price for me and dealt with solicitors on both sides all the way through to completion.
I cant recommend them highly enough.
