Matthew and Christian came to my property to resolve a plumbing leak my neighbour had because the neighbour was unreachable. It was causing damage to my property over a 3 week period. Once I spoke to Matthew who was acting on behalf of the freeholder, he organised for himself , Christian and another colleague to attend and fix the issue.
