I have been renting from Martyn Gerrard for almost two years and i've just successfully completed the renewal of the contract for another 12 months. Thanks to Jessica, the renewal consultant, the process has been swift and set up in a way that required minimum input from my side. With equal efficiency Damla, the property manager, and Greg, the team's director, have been very helpful in resolving any issues with the property. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an efficient, helpful and reliable team.

We have been very impressed with Martyn Gerrard from the very first moment that we spoke to Declan when he contacted us about a house he thought we would be interested in. The subsequent communication, help and advice by all at the office really kept us going in what has been a lengthy and often challenging process, especially within today's market challenges. Long words for short - they have very good contact and swift replies, and they have absolutely good knowledge for the area. It took me only a week to have the viewing done, offer negotiated&accepted and mortgage approved. Efficent! And I finally got the keys of my new home yesterday! PS: The first property I was trying to purchase was unfortunately rejected by lender after nearly 2 month into the process. If Annie and Mark didn't recommened this current property to me (even before the ad was posted), I would be nearly homeless by now.

Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. Mark, Annie and the team have been absolute legends throughout the whole process of selling our flat. Friendly, hard working, experienced and honest, they've pulled it (and me!) back from the brink on numerous occasions. Price and marketing advice was spot on, and the lengths they've gone to to keep the sale on track has been really impressive. PLEASE don't think of using another estate agent if your selling your property, it's not worth the risk!
