GoogleI’ve been with many other estate agents in the past but never been so let down and unhappy. They are highly non-accommodative to any requests especially if you are tenant. They find ways to take huge deduction as they can from your deposit. Due to unforeseen reason I had to vacate the property in 6 months than my years contract. I was penalised heavily for it and was then told “there was no break clause on my contract”. TRICKED! BEWARE- they will trick you to make longer contracts. (Picture attached)

GoogleMartin & Co is in a totally different league from the previous two lettings agencies I have used. When I was looking for a new agency, Matt stood out as he was so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He made sure that the transition from the previous lettings agency, with whom I had had many problems, went smoothly. My property manager of the past couple of years, Shavonne Harris, is fantastic, acting upon emails immediately and even going out of her way (literally) to help. She clearly has a good relationship both with the contractors and my tenants, which gives me peace of mind that my property is being well looked after.

GoogleRude when dealing with tenants and uncommunicative / unresponsive. Better than some other agencies but it’s a low bar.
