We received excellent service from Federica at Martin & Co in Cambridge, right from her initial response to our request for a house to a let, through to the preparation of contracts and arrangements for access to the property. She understood our needs and the time pressures that we were under, yet also exerted no pressure during times of uncertainty that invariably arise during property transactions and moves. Always polite and courteous and when a problem arose she and her colleagues were happy to help sort out. A positive experience all round so far.

After having some awful experiences with other agents in the area, we had booked a viewing with Martin and co and expected more of the same. However, we were very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, compassion and swiftness of the service. We’d been having one of the toughest times of our lives looking for somewhere to live and the team at Martin and co took us on board and solved all of our problems in less than two weeks. Martin & Co are by far the most professional and responsive letting agent in Cambridge. Having just moved within town, and having had almost no expectations of letting agents after disastrous dealings with other local letting agencies, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed, efficiency, and courtesy of the service. I would highly recommend you use them over any other letting agencies in town, who appear to think of their customers not as clients but as money machines. Martin & Co show it's really not that difficult to have happy customers in the lettings business - reply quickly, behave professionally, and treat your customers like like real people rather than a source of revenue.

I received good experience of professional service from this letting agent. I had looked for renting the property in one of highly demand areas in Cambridge. At first, I felt the process for application and complete all requirements for tenancy agreement were not easy, especially for myself which I had prepared all things from oversea. "Washing machine issue" My boyfriend and I are renting an apartment in at Matthews Gardens and recently we started to experience some problems with the washing machine. We contacted the agency to let the know and the agent in charge to deal with it was Amelia Perez. She was not only very professional and quick dealing with the issue, but also, very kind, super helpful and understanding. And because her professionalism, our problem was resolved in only few days. My husband and I have used Martin and Co several times in the past few years and have been nothing short of impressed by the service we have received. Both Matt and Mairead have made letting our properties extremely straight forward and easy. They get us very good tenants and look after the properties very well. They have always ensured that we are kept up to date and they handle all aspects of the letting procedure with the minimum of fuss to both owner/tenant. We gave them the keys to our property to let in June. Despite a number of attempts to contact the agent. He never returned my or my partners call. Claiming they were extremely busy during covid. Lost at least 2-3 months of rent on a property. When we finally decided to call it a day and requested our key back. The agent called back in 5 mins total fake and unprofessional. Avoid!
