GoogleMartin & Co made my move from the USA extremely easy. The move-in process was rather quick as well - I was in the house within 2 weeks of viewing the property. Matt and Waisum were extremely helpful and responsive, and did everything they could to get me out of the hotel I was staying in and into the house ASAP. Ana was also very helpful, and helped coordinate the delivery of my trash/recycling bins, and helped with other household maintenance items. Their wide variety of properties, and their extremely friendly customer service makes Martin & Co a top choice for people looking for properties in Cambridge.

The advice we received was good showing that they really know well the rental market. Moreover, they were very quick and efficient in dealing with any issue that arose along the way. She took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and guided me through each step with professionalism. Eleanor made sure that the process ran smoothly, and was very helpful and understanding when there was some delay in the process of arranging my overseas guarantor. Overall, this was one of the least stressful moving experiences I have had, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Martin & Co if you're looking to rent in Cambridge.

Matt prepared a highly detailed valuation report for us so that we were confident that we were setting the right rent level. Waisum was incredibly helpful in arranging showings and helping us find excellent tenants for the property. We've found them to be responsive, professional and helpful and highly recommend their service.

GoogleI rented a property through Martin and co for a year. I only have good things to say about every step of the process. My property manager (Tyler Auld) was efficient and very personable. As a tenant you can often feel like an estate agent is working for themselves and with just the landlords interests in mind, but I really felt like with Tyler / Martin and co, that as a tenant I was very well taken care of. A rare breed of estate agents in this day and age!

GoogleSarah and Federica were absolutely instrumental in helping me move from the US to the UK. They were so sweet and helped me move into a place that would let me and my dog stay, even though the landlord had previously not allowed pets. I am so grateful for their help and continued professionalism. Would definitely recommend them if you are moving to Cambridge!
