GoogleAmazing service provided by a team of extremely professional staff. Carter Jonas have been taking care of my property for serval years now and I would highly recommend them. Pauline who is my go to person even when it's not her department always manages to help or support with any issues which may arise. I literally have left my property in her very capable hands. GoogleCarter Jonas have managed our property for the last 4 years. A Landlord gets great comfort from a Letting Agency that doesn't need to be continually chased. I would highly recommend Carter Jonas Letting Department if you need a property to be managed effortlessly and, in particularly, Stephanie Waddelow for her prompt responses and cheerful nature. Please boycott this company. Carter Jonas are forcing people to break lockdown restrictions and in doing so are fully willing to risk peoples lives and further spread the virus.
The layby in which you parked your motorhome was managed by Carter Jonas on behalf of our client Highways England, who, as owners, have a duty of care to ensure their land is safe for use. We therefore carried out a risk assessment and welfare assessment of the area which concluded the layby was not fit for permanent human residence. Should you need advice or guidance on how to vacate an area in a Covid-safe manner we ask that you call the number supplied on your Notice to Vacate and we would be happy to help.

GoogleWe own two houses in Cambridge, but we live in Malawi and are entirely dependent on Carter Jonas for their care, maintenance and rental. We have dealt with Carter Jonas since 2001, and have been consistently and completely satisfied with their service. Their staff are courteous, friendly and helpful, and their meticulous attention to detail is quite remarkable. We have had no problems whatsoever. Recommended without reservation!

GoogleWe had a great experience using Carter Jonas to sell our flat in Cambridge. From valuation to completion they were professional, responsive and friendly. We had some problems with our solicitors not responding to queries and Carter Jonas did a fantastic job keeping us updated and worked hard to ensure that the sale went through as promptly and smoothy as possible.
