GoogleExcellent Lettings Service provided by Anton Frost’s fabulous team. Livia Neal and Leisa Jackson have always gone out of their way to provide us with outstanding customer service, above and beyond the norm. They have both handled all aspects of Lettings and the switch over of tenants with an extremely thorough, calm and helpful approach, always with great professionalism, bolstered by their considerable experience. Nothing is too much trouble and their attention to detail is really something. Marketing of property for rental always swiftly handled and impeccably managed. Highly recommend.

Google18th January 2019: Carter Jonas are very professional and efficient yet friendly and helpful. I cannot think of another agency I would trust to manage my property. They act quickly with any problems and have many resources to effect e.g. any repairs or provide certification. Stephanie Waddelow always reminds me of any pending safety checks and kindly liaises with the tenants when needed. Thank you for attending to my property for the last eight years , well worth the fee!!

GoogleFrom viewings to moving in, the team at Carter Jonas has been responsive, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service we have received, even in times when we have needed to ask a lot of them. We did not go through CJ for the last property that we let and we really noticed a rise in care when we switched! I would especially like to recognize Livia and Steph for their support.

GoogleI have never had such an awful experience with estate agents! I am writing this so that hopefully others don’t have to experience such terrible service like we have! After we paid a lot of money and had our offer accepted it took a few weeks for them to send us our contracts. Once we moved in despite them having the place empty before there was still a toilet that didn’t flush, windows that couldn’t open among other issues. They would be rude when we ask about this issues being fixed and three weeks later we still don’t know when they will be. Two weeks in they want to arrange an inspection and make us feel as though we have to tip toe around. When someone else went wrong with the plumbing the provided number was never answered. It has been such a nightmare getting anything to happen with them, and I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the horrible experience we have had to!

They only value landlords and they treat tenants like we are beggers. Utterly obnoxious and unacceptable. You will learn in time real estate agents when you begin losing

They were efficient and professional, and kept us in touch with what was happening at all times on what proved to be a difficult sale. When we first met Sophie Green, we felt very confident that she would do her very best to find us a buyer. She made us feel that she was completely dedicated to selling our house, by taking a personal interest in what was going on at every stage.
