GoogleHad a really top rate experience working with Carter Jonas to rent in Cambridge, and in particular appreciated working with Emilia Edwards. She was very detailed oriented, thorough, and quick to respond to our many inquiries, as this was our first time renting in the UK and we were unfamiliar with some parts of the process. She made the entire process from start to finish very easy, and even helped us get an addendum to the lease added due to a work requirement we were unaware of when we initially signed the lease. GoogleI have been very satisfied with renting a property in Cambridge from Carter Jonas LLP. They are very responsive to tenants requests and give you a good experience. They are professional in their behaviour and have a really good quality of service. Staffs are cordial which is very important to make tenants comfortable. I would like to exemplify with an example, when we moved into our new house the dishwasher was defective. After mentioning this to them they liaison with the landlord and replaced it with a new one within two weeks. Don't know how many letting agencies will do it but my experience has been remarkable.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GooglePossibly the worst experience I’ve ever had communicating with another fellow human. Not only are they extremely unforgiving and stubborn, their incompetence verges on deviance and mischief. Apart from that, on par with all the other letting agents in cambridge.

GoogleStaggeringly incompetent. Arranged 2 viewings and travelled over 100 miles to come to Cambridge. Nobody answered their phone the day before to confirm. Then on the day I had to call to confirm and was told both have been let. They have supposedly been trying to call me (they had not) and they couldn’t leave a message (all other Cambridge estate agents seem able). Also no email correspondence despite requesting this several times. Appalling. I would recommend going with ANY other Cambridge estate agent over them.

GoogleMe and my partner were buying our first house and Carter Jonas really helped us with everything, from arranging a couple of appointments for us to see the house to answering ignorant questions we had about the whole process. Ashlea at the Cambridge branch was so quick to respond to us if we had any questions, she helped guide us with what was required from our end, what forms needed completing and also offered to help us if we were having any issues with the financial advisers, hopefully this won't be the last time we use Carter Jonas and we can use them for any future house purchases or the sale of a house.

GoogleI used Carter Jonas services as letting agent company to rent a house and I am very satisfied. Their professional team was always nice and helpful and made helped moving from abroad more quick and easy. Coming from a different state, I encountered several bureaucracy issues that were easily solved by their senior negotiator Livia Neal. Their associate Pauline McKinven helped me in a relaxed yet quick and efficient manner on many detailed information I required, questions and other issued around the house. I will certainly recommend other to use their service.
