GoogleWhat a pleasant surprise and utmost pleasure was it to deal with Orchard, particularly Hannah and Dan. From start to finish they supported our move, answered any questions we had and provided fantastic customer service. We are used to dealing with "big" estate agencies who saturate the market and aim to hit targets at any cost - those days are gone. Keep up the good work!

GoogleIt all started with the sales man, David, who was very professional during the viewing and once my offer got accepted, I worked solid with Hayley Levy. Hayley from the start was very professional, empathetic to any challenges with the process, as- ‘buying a house can’t be that easy’. She was always easily accessible on the phone or via email. No matter how challenging things were, she was always calm and reassuring and always willing to negotiate a better deal for me. I must admit besides some of the paperwork not moving as fast as I wanted, due to the nature of the house, Hayley did everything in her capacity for this to be completed just over a three months window. Her approachable manner, and always ready to help made the entire process enjoyable. I would be having Hayley over for tea once I move into the house and would share pics once this has happened. Thank you Hayley and thank you David, and to your entire team, up and upwards. I sure would buy again with you guys or rent my property with you guys. A very happy customer Frida xxxx

GoogleA search for a new home is an exciting yet daunting experience, but helped enormously by those on your journey. The Sales person who helped me was Jasmine Robinson who is an asset to Orchards because of her welcoming nature and professionalism. She listens attentively to your requirements, will always come back to you on any questions you may have and always remembers you at all viewings even if time has passed. First impressions are paramount and there is no question that Jasmine gives you that with her bubbly persona. I am extremely happy with my home and the way that the team at Orchards Camberley including Dan and David made it happen. Thank you!

Orchard team was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Daniel Rozario and Seymone Roberts for their hard work, professionalism and always kept us up to date with the sale progress. It was a very long journey and they were there with us in all our ups and downs, they were friendly and empathetic at our most needed times. David was open and honest from the go and always kept in touch with me on the viewings etc. Then I got passed to Hayley, who is a credit to your company. She went above and beyond her job title within the whole process of this sale. Hayley without you seeing this through I don’t think we would have exchanged/completed within the deadline. From the outset of meeting David Ramon with his courteous and respectful approach, the service I received has been been exceptional. Professional in his approach David demonstrated that the client is the central focus of Orchard Estate Agency. I was offered advice in identifying my expectations, how to meet the goals, in the current climate , clearly expert in their field, being supported by consistent and supportive communications across all dimensions; enabling me to make make informed decisions confidently. GoogleHayley was our sales progressor for our purchase through Orchards. She couldn't have been more helpful! She was in regular contact with me and explained the process and kept me up to date. She communicated between the solicitors on our behalf. Moving is such a stressful experience and having Hayley really helped keep us sane through the whole process. GoogleI chose Orchard by Bridges estate agents as I was looking to sell my home and move closer to family in London, they seemed like a family friendly down to earth team: Daniel, David , Jasmin and Will , the whole team pitched in. Daniel took the time to get to know me and my circumstance, breaking the mould of the typical estate agent persona - Daniel was very kind , honest and personable always being realistic. Daniel’s approach is very personal, checking in frequently and updating after each viewing. I liked that the whole team knew the status of my Sell if I required a quick update. During the process of selling my home there were a few hurdles which we encountered- Daniel approached these with a professional manor, patience & knowledge, always listening to my opinions and then advising with his years of experience helping to navigate through the difficult situations , especially negotiating timelines with other parties involved - guiding me through the process until we achieved the goal . Daniel always acted in my best interest & I would definitely recommend Daniel Findlay and the team at Orchard by Bridges.

GoogleWe first approached Bridges, and secured an appointment through our local agents in Camberley, where our first appointment was with David Ramon which was great, he was very friendly, professional, personable and easy to communicate with. He listened to every point that we made and also considered our situation to have our best interest at heart, and assured us that he would try to work magic. So we decided to sign up on the spot. Every processes that David had promised were swiftly actioned to ensure that our house was marketed to the highest standard, ensuring that all photos and descriptions were excellent and gave the actual potential for the house. Our house has sold as promised within 3 weeks to the first viewer, and we now have also secured the house of our dreams which is also thanks to David's interaction and dedication to help us. David has kept us informed all the way through the process and calling to check in at all times and reassure us that everything is being done to put us in a good position. I would highly recommend David to any of our neighbors, friends and family if they wish to sell in the future. He is definitely a great asset to Orchards, and we are very grateful for the service that he has provided us, every interaction is always with a smile and nothing is too much to ask. David went above and beyond, chasing both sets of solicitors to keep things moving and despite being a busy man he still made time to keep us updated regularly.
