Brilliant Service!

Brilliant Service!The Orchard team were first class in their approach to helping us find our new home. We dealt with Rebekah who was in constant communication with us from the very beginning and if it wasn't for her, I'm not sure we would have found the house we ended up buying!Will, Paul and Chris were also very influential in helping us secure the house. The after service once our offer was accepted was also superb.We would absolutely use Orchard again in the future and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house.

Highly professional, well organised & incredible service

As a 1st time house buyer in the UK we had viewed a lot of houses and had dealt with a lot of other estate agents. The day I popped into Orchard Rebekah was very professional, and took time out to take my details and go through properties. We had 5 viewings booked for the following week. We dealt with a few people in Orchard for the different viewings and they all knew our detail and were very personable. For the most part we dealt with Rebekah. The house we were interested in we viewed 3-4 times before finally deciding on the purchase. Once our offer was accepted Chris took over as he was the completion expert. Level of communication and professionalism was second to none. For anyone selling a house that thinks using one of the online firms to save money is a good idea, you should think again. All these silly adds about "commisiory" on the TV/Radio. You pay commission to estate agents as they know the market, are knowledgeable about questions and understand the entire process. We did other viewings with home owners directly and it was so off putting as a buyer. We also did viewings with other estate agents in the area and the level of professionalism, dress code etc was poor. Could not be happier with Orchard team. People buy products but in reality people buy from people. All at Orchard were wonderful to deal with. Any future house sellers need to keep in mind that " people buy from people"

In a day and age of cost saving where…

In a day and age of cost saving where people use internet based agents to reduce the cost, you will not get the service, interaction and work ethic of a traditional estate agent. We started the process with Orchard to sell our property, our sale was not an easy process but Orchard were relentless in their efforts to sell our house. They earnt every penny of their fee which we were more than willing and happy to pay. We were unable to find fault in the service they offered, and a big thanks to Rebekah, Dan and Paul

We stumbled upon Orchards when we decided to spread our property search a little wider. Are we glad we did! Our initial contact was Daniel Slade. Dan has such a nice manner and comes across very professional but friendly. We didn’t get the feeling of the hard sell that sometimes I certainly feel you get when looking at properties. Dan listened to our criteria, got into a good conversation to get the measure of us and what we need. As a result, he has found us our forever home. I have to say we dismissed it initially but Dan gently persuaded us to look and have a discussion about it. We are so glad he did because we are just thrilled with our soon to be new home. I can’t thank Dan enough. More than happy with Orchards service so far. Efficient, professional and genuinely helpful and friendly. We would recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company, they have been superb and in particular Will, who seems to have a calm friendly efficient manner when all around him (me and solicitors) are losing the plot. Their handling of our sale, viewings and the negotiation and closure have been nothing short of superb. The right estate agent CAN make ALL the difference, and Orchard and Will excel at this and are a credit to their profession. Paul at Orchard has been a breath of…

Paul at Orchard has been a breath of fresh air. Honest, helpful and offering meaning advice on the properties we viewed without being pushy. We never felt rushed or that anything was too much trouble (even a 3rd viewing was no bother!). They kept us very up to date with progress so we were never left wondering what was happening. We felt they were doing their very best to get a deal which everyone was happy with. When Paul was off he made sure the other guys touched base and they were equally pro-active and helpful. We have now had an offer accepted on a property through Orchard which is definitely in part due to their approach, and would definitely look to sell our property through them in future.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Paul Phelan and all the staff at Orchard. Throughout the selling process, Paul provided first class support, providing daily updates and advice through all the 'ups and downs' that inevitably come with selling and buying a house. When the buyers at the bottom of the chain pulled out, very close to exchange, threatening the whole chain, Paul and his colleagues at Orchard stepped in, and true to Paul's word, found another buyer within 2 days enabling the whole sale process to be completed within one month. Paul really should be commended for the brilliant service he provided. This is the second time that I have used Orchard to sell a property and I am always impressed by the company's excellent and comprehensive customer service. Rebekah was there right at the beginning of my journey with Orchard. She came to the valuation of the property I was reluctantly selling due to divorce and stayed with me throughout, managing to get me the asking price that I desperately needed. She was very understanding and patient with me at what was a very difficult time in my life. She went way above and beyond the duties of an estate agent for which I am grateful to her, but remained professional at all times. She is a real credit to the Orchard family. Rachel was very helpful in every step of the way to help me adjust and understand the processes. I never felt rushed and she was very patient to all my questions and concerns. She took time to keep me updated about all the changes happened over the month of me renting the place.The following could be coz of the fact that I moved from a country where things are done differently But I would have liked a better inspection of the apartment (nothing crazy but i would not call the place to be professionally cleaned) before moving in, had to reach out to the apartment management multiple times to get things sorted out. Though this has nothing to do with Orchard (i guess) and they did promptly shared my concerns with the management (which i am not too impressed of).

Orchard were brilliant

Orchard were brilliant! We had a particularly difficult move involving a new homes site at the top which Orchard were selling, along with the property we were trying to buy. We lost a buyer on the day of exchange but Will and the team kept the chain together when we re-sold and remained calm and maintained their excellent level of communication. I don't think you could want any more of an agent, they are professional, mature and human. Top marks!

Best estate agents we have ever used. Everyone in the Camberley office is professional, caring, friendly and empathetic. They arranged many viewings for our property, and what we appreciated the most was that they kept us informed continuously even if there was no news but to just check in. They were never pushy or abrupt; we didn't feel like we were just been given 'sales' talk but that they were there to help us get to where we wanted to be. I would definitely recommend Camberley Orchard and I will be using their services again should we move in the future.

Good Experience & would recommend

The property we were selling was put on the market within hours of our meeting with Orchards. We were informed of each viewing with a text & email, followed by feedback after each visit. Our exchange / completion date was bought forward which was not a problem but took us by surprise as we hadn't had any communication for afew weeks. This would be the only area of improvement.
