As a professional lady for over 40 years in meeting with Dan Dwyer I found him to be very professional knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Not once did Dan ever say to me ( I DON’T KNOW ) he would answer by saying I will come back to you with an answer. Dan definitely comes across as a very knowledgeable, professional and well mannered young man. I would be more than happy to employ people like Dan Dwyer. They’ll get you the sale, which is ultimately the important thing, but they’re complete cowboys! Not our 1st choice because they came across as cowboys in the pitch to us for our business, but unfortunately the 1st agent didn’t get us a sale. Our original impression was correct. They don’t care about getting you the best price because they’re on fixed fee so pitch offers to you that are £50k under the asking price - complete joke! You have to keep telling them don’t be ridiculous to actually get a sensible price. They lost us a sale through Jonathan’s ignorance! I had to point out they’re not structural surveyors. House went back on the market but Rahim was still trying to negotiate a very low price from the original potential buyers. I had to tell him I was not going to discuss this nonsense anymore. Our property was empty - Rahim switched off the heating in winter! On another visit we found he’d opened a window and left it open! Rahim LOST THE KEY! Never ever known an agent to lose a key. They say they have a secure key process - who knows what that is. Surveyor arranged access with them and on the day I got calls because no one had the key and they hadn’t seen it for 2 months! How could they not know they’d lost the key. Yes you’ll get your house sold but what an unnecessary drama. You need to be very firm with them about your price being the price to get a sensible sale. I hope to never deal with this agent ever again.

We had a great experience with Bridges Real Estate Agents in Camberley. Their manager, Jonathan, and his team did an excellent job of selling my house recently. I live in Australia, which adds to the challenges of keeping me informed and getting any work done on the house, but Jonathan "went the extra mile" on several occasions. One more than one occasion, he personally went to the house early in the morning and video called me to discuss some issues, and helped ensure that there were no barriers to getting the house sold as quickly as possible. I can't recommend Bridges in Camberley highly enough, especially David Ramon, the Sales Manager. From the very start, David stood out as proactive and dedicated, he even turned up on my doorstep after noticing my house had been taken off the market! Although I initially decided to rent, his professionalism and enthusiasm stuck with me. When I finally decided to sell, David and his team were hands-on, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout what can be a stressful process. He even came round on his day off one Saturday morning to take updated photos, apologising for not being in a suit! That level of commitment is rare. Despite initial challenges with tenants, my property was under offer within weeks. David kept me informed every step of the way, and the whole team at Bridges were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking to sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bridges Camberley again, absolutely 5-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the absolute pleasure to deal with Libby Betts from Bridges Camberley while looking for a property in the area. Libby has a very unique combination of very professional and yet friendly and approachable personality. While dealing with me, she was very understanding and patient, as well as very accommodating and responsive. She promptly followed through on everything, didn't mind sending over the same information a few times, and quickly shifted things around to match my quite liquid schedule. She also helped with sorting the conveyancing solicitors and very kindly offered to help me follow up with some additional information, which is very appreciated. I cannot recommend Libby highly enough. She's a great asset to Bridges Camberley, and I will be sharing her details with everyone in the area who could benefit from her help.

Sakthi was our contact during our move. She made sure I had information needed and was very supportive. We had a hiccup when we first moved in and Sakthi managed to get a plumber in withing the hour to sort the issue. I did have some difficulties getting in contact at times but calls were always returned same day and actually feel this is quite normal in a busy business. Overall had good service from all at bridges.
