We cannot recommend Matthew Bozier at Bridges (Camberley) highly enough! He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, especially given how challenging our purchase turned out to be. The entire property was in a long and complicated chain with a number of unforeseen delays, and at times the process felt almost impossible. Matthew went above and beyond, constantly chasing all the solicitors and keeping everything moving when it could easily have stalled and never seen completion. The whole experience was extremely stressful, but his regular updates, patience, and reassurance genuinely kept us hopeful that we would get there in the end. He was always available to answer a multitude of difficult questions, remained calm under pressure, and was consistently professional, friendly, and supportive throughout. We are now happily settled in our new home and are incredibly grateful to Matthew for seeing us through such a tough process. This wouldn't have been possible without Matthews dedication and commitment. A special thank you as well to Louis at Bridges (Frimley). We met him during other viewings, and it was actually Louis who gave us the heads-up about this property coming onto the market, he knew exactly what we were looking for. A superb experience right from the team at Bridges, Camberley. Jonathan the branch manager, kept on top of our sale, giving us regular updates, more than that as we live a considerable distance from the property he made weekly visits to check all was as it should be. Our sale took longer than hoped, but Jonathan and the team’s experience was to stick with and be patient with our buyers, this proved to be a wise decision, as although later than we liked, we completed without issue. A thank you also to Matthew, who gave us regular weekly updates once we went under offer, at times, there was much to report, but his courteous and friendly attitude made every call a pleasure. Hayley was my sales contact and she was fantastic. I was kept informed throughout the process and updated weekly.
