GoogleBridges in Camberley were fabulous to deal with throughout the sale of my property and the purchase of another. George Bainbridge reached out to me and was proactive in realising our needs and meeting our requirements, he found the perfect property for us and kept us in the loop throughout. Great communication from him and the whole Camberley team. I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleTerrible estate agents, only contact you/reply when they need something but when you want information such as moving out and handing back keys and the property they haven't responded to emails for almost two weeks. They still haven't responded or even registered our emails... Rachael O'Brien is terrible and extremely rude. Would NOT recommend. Feel sorry for our landlord who's paying for such a sub par service. Disgusting. Even 1 out of 5 stars is too much for this company

GoogleHannah and the rest of the Bridges team have been fantastic. We were left in a difficult situation with a short timeline and the Bridges team were able to get us into our new property just in time. Hannah Kirby was incredible throughout the process, she was personable and friendly whilst at the same time effective and knowledgeable. Hannah provided us with daily updates and moved things along at lightning speed. We are so grateful that she was the one working on our case and would recommend her and the team to anyone.

GoogleThroughout the purchase of the property and then the finding of the tenants I found the agents to be excellent. The team themselves were well organised and arranged the tenants very quickly. Hannah Kirby was excellent keeping me up to date with everything and gave me great peace of mind as the rental venture is new to me. I would happily recommend both her and the team for both purchasing through them but in particular organising and management the rental property. It has been hassle free and they have made it an easy process explaining clearly each stage as we progressed.

Have to say, Sakthi kept us updated on every process from the tenancy to the day we moved in. Would have been a headache without her assistance. We highly recommend this team.

He showed us two properties and was very helpful. Dan was great in regular communication with me in the weeks leading up to the completion of our purchase. GoogleProfessional service from Bridges throughout the sale of my property. I was kept updated and they responded swiftly to any questions. They followed through on the clients questions and promptly handled queries and visits to the property in my absence. I also used their recommended solicitor services which made the sales process seamless. During a slow market in Winter 2025 they persevered and found a buyer before the Christmas break.

GoogleI’m currently buying a house through Orchard Estate Agents and I can’t recommend them enough. In particular, Petra has been the representing agent that I’ve found my house through and the service has been nothing short of excellent. She quickly understood what I was looking for and found me a house within a matter of days. No other estate agent had filtered out the houses that they knew weren’t suitable for me. Petra is very knowledgeable and gave me her honest opinions which I found very valuable and ultimately helped me make my decision. I don’t think there are many estate agents out there that offer this level of service to buyers and I would definitely recommend Orchard to friends or family looking for a house and wanting the 5 star service.

GoogleShocking! Went on the market in November and took our house off market FEB 24, admittedly a bad time of year to sell, we had 2 viewings but never heard from Orchard between viewings. There was NO communication reg our sale at all. They promised the earth and initially sounded great 😌 In the end we decided not to move but if we were serious about selling, we would have been very disappointed. Sorry guys but you were asking over 9k to sell our home and we expected you to work for it.

GoogleWe had tried other agents to sell our flat without success and on the off chance visited Orchard Estate Agents without much hope. How wrong was I ! Within a few days we had a viewing and even when that did not proceed we had another viewing arranged very quickly which ended up with a completed sale. Many thanks to Jasmine Robinson for getting the clients through the door and to Hayley progressing the sale.

GoogleHands down the best estate agents we have ever encountered. We had a few poor viewings with Bridges and were almost put off but Orchards couldn’t have been any more different. A special mention to Daniel Findlay - what an asset he is! He met us on our first viewing - no hard sale just relaxed, very professional and knowledgable. On agreeing the purchase, Daniel kept us updated throughout and helped keep things ticking over. Our completion day was a bit of a nightmare due to the sale of our property but after giving us the key, Daniel rolled up his sleeves and gave us a hand shifting our belongings into our new home. Even after completion Daniel kept in contact to make sure we were settling in and if we had any issues. Thank you Orchards and especially Daniel for making our move a whole let less stressful.
