We received fantastic service from Orchards by Bridges from start to finish. We had previously bought the house from Will Rosten 7 years previous and we were so impressed with the service and personal touch we received there was actually no question about who we would choose when selling the house. Will is absolutely brilliant, you don’t feel like you are just commission you actually feel like he genuinely cares. Great Customer Service. Will, Sean and Jaz were our main points of contact and have been superb throughout our sale. Communication has been brilliant from valuation through to completion. Sean, was our main point of contact and has been very patient and upbeat in helping us to reach a successful conclusion. As everyone will know moving is a stressful time and the team at Orchard removed a huge layer of that stress for us. I was greatly encouraged to meet David Ramon who showed us a 4 Bed detached property in Camberley recently which had attracted much public attention. He took on board our further interest of apartments for sale within easy driving distance for a close relative which he was not previously aware. He responded rapidly moving his schedule and showed us a choice of three apartments at Elmhurst Court. Nothing appeared too much trouble in order to assist. This was greatly appreciated and in my opinion exceeded the line of duty expected. Thank you David, extremely grateful for your services.

The Orchard camberley branch handled the sale of our flat and they did an amazing job. David Ramon was managing the sale the whole way through and we were very impressed with the way he kept us in the loop and went out of his way to help in any way he could. Really went the extra mile for us. We had a few issues with the sale, but I knew I could just get on the phone to David and that he would either hand out some good advice or he would be on the case himself to sort the problem. We first met David at a viewing of a property in Camberley ... Immediately on arrival David was friendly, extremely efficient and helpful. I was so aware that he made an effort to make us feel welcome and at ease as it can be an anxious time during ... 'the whole moving process'. My partner was very impressed with David's wide knowledge of properties in general and locations too, all the while being so informative. My eldest son, who also came along to the viewing, was interested in properties in the area. Therefore ,after registering my son, arranged for him to have some viewings. I was aware David was particularly patient with my son as he does struggle in certain situations. David is a credit to Orchards.

Jasmine was very professional and courteous when showing us the property. We particularly welcomed the fact that she gave us time to look around and answered all our questions without a running commentary. Buying a house is always stressful and one likes to have time to view it and take in the environment. Not having somebody wittering on is a bonusJasmine made the whole experience very pleasant. I bought through Orchard a few years ago and was impressed with their service so sold through them this time. Will was extremely helpful and absolutely superb in getting the house onto the market. Communication was excellent and it sold for the asking price within days. During the sale process, Jasmine has been fantastic at keeping on top of both solicitors and relaying information to both myself and the buyers. Jasmine has been extremely helpful over the entire house buying process. As a first time buyer I think I underestimated how long the process would take/the added complications along the way. With this being said Jasmine has made the process a lot easier, by keeping in contact and giving me regular updates. As well as providing information on the different steps in the process. She was also ensuring that solicitors and other estate agents were being followed up with on a regular basis. Which has been really useful!
