Since our very first telephone call to Imagine, Amber Harris has dealt with us as prospective tenants with the upmost respect, professionalism and efficiency. Nothing has been too much trouble for Amber and she has understood every question and need we have had. We very much feel valued and looked after. I feel that Amber is really there for us and has made the experience so far an absolute pleasure. In our experience tenants can sometimes be given a raw deal as they are essentially not the client. However, in my opinion that can be very short sighted as all tenants are potential clients. Amber, you are a real asset to Imagine and you represent them at all times in a very positive and professional manner. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us so far and we are looking forward to moving into our new home. We know that you are only a phone call away should we have any questions or need assistance.

The team is very nice getting you to sign a contract once youre with them. They are the least helpful people. Once i left the flat despite confirming everything with them they went back on their word and added random nonsenseical expenses. I was added to an email chain with the landlord and it was quite obvious imagine was trying to take advantage of both the tenant and the landlord. I would never recommend them for renting or property management. PLEASE BE CAFEFUL WITH THESE CROOKS

Good service from Imagine Garston team, especially Harley, in finding a tenant for our property again. Last used them for the first time 3 years ago and they continue to provide a friendly, fast service throughout the process. They price realistically and are then able to secure suitable tenants quickly with all parties working to the same expectations. The follow up admin is not always accurate first time, hence the 4 rather than 5 stars, but that does not stop me recommending them. Having used several other agents locally before them, they firmly remain my Estate Agent of choice in the area.

We had an offer on our flat within 4 days. The team targeted the flat at specific buyers given its originality and this highly individual strategy worked wonders. Under the most stressful circumstances, and having to meet the stamp duty deadline, we completed our sale within 14 working days. These estate agents are outstanding and definitely not your average. Without a shadow of a doubt will be selling our house with Imagine when we decide to move, albeit, at a slower pace :)

We recently rented a property through Imagine. Mark and Sarita of the Watford WD25 branch were extremely helpful throughout the entire renting process. Within 2 weeks of first viewing the property we moved in! They worked really hard to ensure everything went through as quickly as possible as we didn't have much time before we had to move, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Imagine Watford WD25 and can't thank Mark and Sarita enough for all their help! We are very happy in our new home!

Simply outstanding! We started with another local agent that was very friendly but wasn't getting any traction. We switched to Jason Baker and his team - yes TEAM (as opposed to a bunch of individuals) and they totally delivered everything they said they would, plus more. We felt that we had the entire branch working for us, not just an individual. Communication & updates were excellent and they dealt very well with our inept solicitors firm. Very professional team.
