Extremely disappointed by this company, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Had a viewing on Saturday morning for one of their rental properties in watford, the agent did not have the decency to show up to the appointment that they set up, after waiting for just over 10 minutes I decided to call the company to find out whats going on. I was told by another agent that they would chase up the matter and get back to me right away, I also want to note that he did not apologise or show any remorse for the situation that I was in. A further 20 minutes went by and nobody bothered to call me back. Disgusting customer service, very rude incompetent staff who are clearly very unorganised and have a lack of respect for their customers.

I was looking for a rental property in the Hemel Hempstead area of Hertfordshire and found that a lot of the estate agents that I dealt with were not very efficient in finding me what I wanted and were literally making me decide to buy a property instead of renting one. However one person was very helpful and knew all the relevant information on the property we were viewing and was extremely helpful in trying to find us somewhere within our price range. I am 73 years old and disabled and this lovely person was very patient with me too. Her name was Ellie and she worked from the Hemel Hempstead branch of Imagine Estate Agents.

We had 2 properties to sell but with a fairly long completion time due to my son doing his GCSE's. The Imagine team that helped us, Amir, Daniel and Katie (plus a few others I'm sure I've missed out), were great in getting the properties sold and managing the process through to completion. Imagine were recommended to me by a relative who naturally had my best interests at heart. Her experience had been with Ashley from Imagine Watford. It certainly paid off taking that recommendation. I spoke with Ashley who put in touch with a colleague at Imagine Bushey. I found the staff extremely responsive and more importantly without the stereotypical negative 'estate agent' attitude reminiscent of a wide boy. Amir came and promptly valued my home and instantly I liked him. He was friendly without being over friendly, knowledgeable and respectful and backed up his valuation with facts. I then met James, the in-house photographer who was chatty, friendly and took some amazing photos to market my home. I thought that was it, until i received a visit from Paul who would be conducting the viewings. I must be honest, even though I had instructed the listing to go ahead, I was very nervous about opening my home to complete strangers, but any concerns I had (and they were many) were instantly gone after a visit from Paul. It was like he had anticipated my concerns and reassured me that he would conduct every viewing as if he were selling his own home. WOW! I had 9 viewings booked within less than 24 hours of listing and a number of decent offers to choose from within 48 hours of viewings. My home went under offer promptly due to the responsiveness, experience and professionalism of Paul. Things have been moving along very smoothly and I really cannot fault Paul and his colleagues. As a result, I felt confident in instructing their recommended conveyancing team, who like Imagine have proved to be on the ball immediately. Paul has continued to to advise me on my onward purchase which as been an added bonus. So congratulations to this wonderful team, Ashley, Amir, Paul and not forgetting Katie, my personal case handler. They really do wrap a protective arm around you to ease what can be a very stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have had a very positive experience with Imagine Bushey. A very big 'thank you'.

I visited several properties in the Watford area & met a few estate agents before I contacted Imagine & spoke with Paul Markey who immediately made me feel that he would do his best to find me a property to meet my requirements. During our first conversation Paul took the time to listen to me & to understand my needs.
