The staff involved in the sale of our property and the property we purchased have been absolutely amazing! Jamie, Drew and Amir did everything they could, they kept the viewers coming and they provided feedback at all times... we had an offer pretty quickly. Magdalena and Kelly Bell, our sales progressors, both have been brilliant and on the ball, very proactive, helpful and they frequently provided update. We can't thank them enough. I am a Landlord

I am a Landlord, after non recept of June and July's rent, Imagine allowed the tenant to remain for 2.5 months rent free. In the end security deposit was recovered but no rent for July and additional £420 taken from deposit. Am in deficit, and imagine did not pro actively aim to retrieve rents due but allow for the tenant to live free of charge.

Single worst experience of an estate agent ever. Unqualified, rude, inexperienced and lacking in all customer service. Perfect example that anyone can open an estate agency with little or no knowledge. Jason Baker had little experience as an estate agent and has only been an estate agent for a couple of years and the organistion carries no real accreditations. I encourage anyone thinking of using them to look elsewhere to at least an accredited agent with some experience. They seem great at blowing their own trumpet but have little if anything to back up their claims
