I recently moved out and they made it quick, easy and completely stress free under the circumstances, particularly Rachel who was/is a star. Gill is also lovely. From the first phone call to Mackay they had my attention, Tracey was polite, jovial and more importantly interested in my situation, it felt like someone wanted to help us sell our home and it wasn’t just another day in the office which I found when contacting some of the other agents. Tracey clearly loves what she does and it shows. From there we met Adam who completed our valuation, clearly new what he was doing and understood the market and talked to us about the best options and time to release are property to ensure the right buyers came along. The unique videos that showcase the property almost made us want to put an offer in. Since we have been dealing with Michael who is friendly, knowledgeable and again this isn’t just a job the team at mackays the passion they have for taking time and doing things right has been clear throughout the process, they all offer great advice, are not pushy and ensure you make the right decisions. Fabulous team, fabulous service, and proof that 1st impressions are key. We knew straight away that we wanted Tracey showing potential buyers around our home. Mark Ewin kept us informed throughout the whole experience of us buying our first house. Nothing was too much trouble and they were readily available to help me even with things that I thought they might not be able too. I like the fact they are a family run business and all the staff are supportive regardless of who you speak too. If we ever sell our house or buy another I would definitely choose Mark Ewin as my first choice and would recommend them to anyone and do! They make it personal too but keep it professional. Asking how my family are etc. This is a true sign of a company who care.

We were in the difficult position of selling my mother's bungalow after she moved from Suffolk to live with us in Staffordshire. Having used Mark Ewin for our own house sale we very confident to use them to sell mum's bungalow while we were a distance away. Unfortunately we had an added complication when my mother passed away suddenly three days before we were due to exchange. Alison from Mark Ewin was amazing - liaising with everyone involved in the chain, keeping me in the loop and always with compassion and understanding. The chain managed to stay together while probate was applied for and eventually we completed on the sale 4 months later than expected. Mark Ewin were amazing throughout.

Had the unfortunate experience of buying from this estate agents recently. They harassed and bullied me endlessly. I would not recommend buying from them ever or selling with them. They will likely scare off potential buyers. I really struggle to understand how they have good reviews. I can only assume the good reviews are from the sellers who they are likely lovely to.

I have been meaning to do this for a while. Paul handled what is my 10th property sale. He is hands down the best agent I have ever used. His valuation was spot on and well evidenced. The sale itself was a difficult process owing to a certain mini budget. Paul rose to the occasion helping both me and the buyer enormously in holding the whole difficult process together as the economy went into meltdown. He was cheerful and professional throughout. All this for a 1 bed flat that would have been many agents' last priority. I am so pleased to see his boards all over the area, he deserves it. I will certainly be using him again.
