We recently completed on a property through Ashton Stripp and cannot recommend Paul highly enough. Our purchase was far from straightforward, it got complicated very quickly, and Paul's professionalism, persistence and calm determination to find solutions when others might have walked away was genuinely impressive. He went above and beyond at every turn and was instrumental in getting the deal over the line. A special mention too for Bella, who first showed us the property and made an excellent first impression of the firm. But Paul is simply outstanding, if you want an agent who will fight your corner and deliver, look no further.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Muvin highly enough. From day one they tailored the entire sale and purchase strategy around us. It didn’t feel generic, not templated, but something that genuinely reflected our situation, our timings, and the challenges we faced along the way. They’ve been incredibly professional throughout, and I can say without hesitation that they’re the reason our purchase stayed alive during some very tricky moments. They didn’t just “manage” the process, they actively drove and cared! A special mention has to go to Alison, their progression officer. I’ve spoken to her regularly for the last six months (to the point where it felt like I was talking to a friend), and she has been nothing short of outstanding. Calm, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting us over the line. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her! Muvin went well beyond all expectations on every aspect of our sale and purchase, and they more than justified their (very reasonable) fee. From my first contact with your office 21st November through to completion of the purchase on 7th January - your team and specifically Gabriella made it surprisingly so absolutely easy!! Not only did she become my point of contact, kept me fully and regularly updated by both phone and emails, arranged often extremely "lastminute.com" viewings of the house. The day before, I had a very bad experience with another Bury Estate Agent, so unpleasant, inappropriate and unnecessary that this resulted in me pulling out of that house purchase on the actual date of exchange. Having proceeded with exchange of contracts on my house sale finding a new property urgently was more than challenging. Your staff were amazing, understood not only my requirements but also my potentially "homeless situation" and went above and beyond to transform a horrendously stressful time into a really delightful experience from initial discussion to viewing, offer progression and completion. All your staff that I engaged with were fabulous and faultless. You definitely have an amazing team - fantastic people, considerate, knowledgeable, truly professional and helpful throughout. From start to finish Bella was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She really put herself out at times to move things along and was always at the end of the phone if I needed to ask/tell her something, no matter how unimportant it may have appeared to be. I've only bought one house prior to this, so was a bit clueless at times, but Bella was patient and kind at every turn. Paul and Bella were absolutely brilliant. Communication was brilliant between us, our buyers and solicitors. They kept us up to date at every step via a group WhatsApp. Bella found us a buyer using her initiative and on the spot thinking! Both parties signed the Gazeal reservation agreement meaning both sides couldn’t pull out of the sale without very good reason. We had tried two Estate agents and got frustrated with the lack of contact and progress with our sale. We were recommended Paul by friends. What a different experience. Straight away we had more viewings. Paul regularly kept us updated and went above and beyond our expectations. When we sold the first time Paul even put money behind the bar for us as he knew we had had multiple issues, which was a huge surprise. Unfortunately things fell through again and we also lost our purchase but Paul continued tiresly to make sure we found a new buyer and didn't lose the new house we had then found. It was quite stressful - I think house moves always are - but one thing that wasn’t stressful was working with Paul and Bella at Ashton Stripp. They were both so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way.
