Estate agents sometimes come with bad reputations but that is definitely not my experience of Mackay. Michael who was my agent there was absolutely superb from start to finish. He was always professional, friendly, polite and went over and above in what ended up being a long and difficult move. He kept me well informed at every step of the way and was very knowledgeable on both the property I was buying and the whole process. Absolutely brilliant and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. Mark Ewin was one of a number of Estate Agents we invited to value our property. Mark was the only one whom we felt was interested in us, rather than just the property. Mark was absolutely honest from the outset, and gave us an honest and realistic valuation. The house sold in four weeks, for the asking price, which we were delighted with, as this meant that we could buy our dream cottage in Wales (the perfect place for us had come onto the market, and surely wasn't going to hang around for long). Communication was excellent throughout the process (special mentions for Allison and Barry here), and the team generated lots of interest in our house. If you are looking for an Estate Agent in and around Bury St Edmunds, then look no further, you've found the right one. Seriously.
