GoogleFar superior to the run of the mill estate agents. Very friendly and professional attitude. Took on more of an overall manager of the sale of land on our behalf, communicating with solicitors, utility companies as well as the purchasers to resolve issues far above his remit. Very highly recommended.

GoogleFrom the moment I viewed rental properties with Mackay (a few years ago) the lettings staff have always gone above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more grateful. They are always very understanding if there are any issues, their communication is professional and informative and their responses are efficient and quite frankly unbelievably quick and effective! As someone who has rented for many years I am so impressed with this company and how they do business, I wouldn't want to rent from another agent again.

GoogleMy partner and I met with Tracey and we couldn't have had a nicer person showing us the property. Before we had arrived at the viewing Tracey had called to ensure we had no issues finding the address and we were met with a warm welcome when we got there. Not only was Tracey personable and informed on the property itself but also on the surrounding area, giving lots of great tips and advice! We then went to Mackay Property's office itself and were greeted with even more friendly and helpful members of staff. Michael who was looking after the sale of the property called later that afternoon, updating us on our offer very quickly. We're sure the rest of the process will continue to be as nice and easy as how it's started!

GoogleWe've met with Tracey from Mackay's at a couple of properties on our long search for our next home. The best agent we've viewed with in East Herts! She has made our experience really enjoyable, it's a pleasure to be shown around by Tracey, she really knows her stuff about each property, owner and area. She is also welcoming and accommodating of our baby who attends viewings with us, which makes a huge difference for us. In the nicest possible way -- we hope we see less of Tracey... when she finds us our dream home ;) I hope to update this review to say so one day soon.
