Mckay property has been fantastic from start to finish. We went to them because of reputation and it was well deserved. My family and I were selling our late father's home and as well as being compassionate to our situation, they were absolute professionals. They began by producing a 3D tour of the house, (which was a service other agents didn't provide) and put together a really detailed portfolio of the house. They were tireless in coming up with new ways to advertise the house. They kept us informed of all developments and were quick to get back to us with when we had questions. Currently in a chain of 2 houses, the bottom of which mark ewin is selling and they have been absolutely useless. Never return calls, never know the answers to any questions, emails do not get responses and they have been impossible to do sales progression with. It will be a miracle if we get this sale and purchase over the line
