Haart estate agent were market aware, professional and gave a helpful and friendly service. The request for valuation was responded to quickly. During the valuation survey at the property (carried out by Haart), the Haart fees info was given - there were no hidden fees. It was without hesitation that Haart Estate Agents were engaged. It was definitely the right decision. Haart dealt with the viewings and kept us fully informed about feedback. What a team at Haart in Bury St Edmunds. From Matt's initial meeting at the property we were in good hands. The market has been tricky to say the least but we were never in any doubt that the team were doing their very best to sell our property. We were notified of viewings and kept up to date with feedback thanks to Mel, Beth and Elliot. When a buyer was forthcoming Nadine took over the reins, she was proactive and kept us informed of progress towards exchange and completion. My first interaction with Haart BSE was with Beth at front of house, who was polite, professional and really listened to my requirements. Of all the estate agents I had visited, Beth was one of only two who regularly stayed in touch and advised me of relevant properties that may be of interest. When it came to arranging viewings, Beth was also prompt and attentive, and we appreciated each of the agents who worked around our availability. Justine looked after us when it came to the property we eventually decided to purchase. Again, her professionalism and experience was evident whilst also being good fun. The only negative feedback I have, which comes from browsing Haart’s listings, is often the lack of floorplans and quality of photos. There are a number of properties that could well have been suitable but, because I couldn’t gauge the house and rooms in terms of layout I discounted them from the offset. However, the interaction I have had with the team since has definitely turned my opinion.

After Melanie was instrumental in selling our last property and buying our present house - for which we are extremely grateful. I had no hesitation in going back to Haart to sell my mum’s house. Justine knew the market well, was very personable and explained the process clearly. She was excellent at pitching the price just right. So impressed with the service from Haart - from the moment we walked in the office we were greeted by Beth who was so personable and friendly, after an awful experience with an estate agents in Kent selling my late Nan's property I will admit I was anxious about dealing with agents again but the experience was so different. None of the awful pushy, fake sales tactics you usually get but someone who was personable, took the time to listen about us, what we were looking for and what would suit us. She remembered every detail we had told her and sent us relevant properties that matched our criteria. I cannot fault the team at haart and their efforts in trying to sell my home. The team were quick to respond to emails and calls, and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. Matt was great in conducting the initial survey, and getting photos and details prepared ready for marketing. Bethany was brilliant. She was always on hand to answer queries of questions, and she pushed 9 viewings my way, in the space of 6 months. The result was my house being sold 3 times in those 6 months, but with the jittery nature of the market at present (mid 2023), the chain collapsed each time. This is a reflection of the poor home buying and selling process we have in England, which allows people to back out of purchases, at any point before signing a contract! It is not a reflection of haart whatsoever. My only niggle (and it really is minor), is that when haart conducted viewings when I was unavailable, it seemed to be a different haart employee named for each viewing. If the same individual conducted every viewing, at least they would have known the house better in order to sell it better. A very minor issue, but perhaps something worth noting. With that said, I'll have no hesitation marketing my property with haart again, in order to try and sell my home in the future!
