Although I have not been able to appoint Haart yet due to a Joint Executor who will not comply……Justine has been so very supportive in providing information on house clearance/locksmiths and gardeners. I have not met her in person as yet as I don’t live locally, however she arranged for another member at Haart, Matt to meet me for the purpose of providing a quote. Excellent service much appreciated., , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , Finally, thanks to the team at Haart, we have completed. The staff went beyond the call of duty in this extremely difficult situation, encouraging, pacifying, listening. Special mentions to Justine and Elliot who kept me in the ‘loop’ and saved my sanity, regarding the progress along the way but my thanks extend to the whole team who had a part in moving things on.

I recently moved out of my parents' home into a new place with a roommate. My review primarily concerns my experience with the letting agent side of the business as it's far too early to really comment on the property management/maintenance side of things. I contacted Haart regarding a property I was interested in via RightMove, and within a day of my initial enquiry I was contacted by Jack. For the entire stage of viewing, making an offer, and then moving in Jack has been our primary point of contact and has made what could've been a rather daunting and anxiety-inducing situation incredibly easy to manage. He was great with talking us through the process of making an offer, what we would need to do in, what insurance to arrange, who we'd be contacted by so that we understood what was happening during every step of the process. As our primary point of contact to haart, he was easy to reach, prompt with providing us updates about our property of interest and always willing to help. If I had a question or a concern, I felt confident knowing I could contact him, and that he would see to my query and ensure that slight quibbles or delays would be seen to. For this we are very grateful. My experience in the office and other staff has always been pleasant, all of the staff I have interacted with have been personable, helpful and approachable. If I had a question, someone always had a clear answer or would make a point to follow up with me if need be. It's clear everyone is working extremely hard and that effort is very much appreicated.

I would recommend Jack Taylor-Balls and plan to refer him to friends who need a letting. When you work, it’s hard to juggle finding a home. I was looking at a property managed by Hart that wasn’t available anymore . I left my number with Jack. I was impressed that he follows up with available properties that matched my need - saving me time looking through all the internet sites. In the end, I went in another direction but I was impressed with Jack’s customer service and would recommend him.

I can honestly say that Jack Taylor-balls was the absolute professional he not only helped us to find a house, but rather a home. we had to leave a horrific situation and in a rush he has worked above and beyond to help us find a roof over our heads and somewhere we can feel both settled and safe bringing us piece of mind, he even put up with me phoning to ask the most mundane questions answering them with respect explaining paperwork and talking me through the process. Fantastic experience with Haart, I can't fault the service. Really straightforward valuation and sign-up process with Justine, she was honest and reliable. Property then sold for 6k more than I was expecting after a bid process managed well by Haart. Unusually for estate agents (having dealt with many!), Nadine kept me informed all the way through the conveyancing process with regular update calls. Also used JS Law who were recommended by them, their portal was easy to use and they were similarly communicative when I needed them. All round, an excellent experience and I'll be back.

She was very approachable and highly knowledgeable, we ended up going through a few options of a few of the houses that I have taken a particular interest to.
