I've just finished my tenancy with Haart. Their team especially Jack Taylor made it as easy as they could throughout the tenancy and at the end of it. They were responsive to my inquiries and at the end of the tenancy were exceptionally fair returning my entire deposit back to me without all the nit picking I've experienced with other agencies. I'm sad to be leaving but recommend them for any local tenants or visiting forces.

This is a review for Lee Kennedy (and Alison Sadler) - they have been and are my dream team and in my years of experience, the best agents/account managers etc. I have ever known. Lee and I met when I was heavily pregnant in 2019... and emotional. His support from the get go made my decision to go with Haart very easy. His compassion, empathy, positiviy and calm nature was not that irritating sales tone - he was a human talking to another human. Lee left the branch to another but I still only trust him with anything and everything to do with my property. He goes above and beyond - bearing in mind he is working hard and a family man. Every time I have a problem, don't understand something or need help, he is the one that has the common sense, the intellect and the magical aura. A very very rare diamond in the industry. Big shout out to Alison too who also moved but she has made some difficult times for me with property woes into laughable situations and she is ever so intelligent. Through no fault of Haarts, Our house purchase has taken 5 months, it has been the most stressful time but throughout the whole team have been incredible. Nadine in particular is an absolute godsend, there at the end of the phone everytime I called, she never made me feel like I was bothering her, I now think of her as my own personal therapist ha! Nadine is so on the ball and thorough, constantly on top of the solicitors on both sides, always calm, friendly and reassuring. I never had to chase a reply from her unlike other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. He managed to provide me with the first potential tenant to rent my house within three working days. His speed of light replies together with endless professional drive moved the process resulting in the tenant dwelling in just before the long Christmas holidays (22-12-2023).
