They all work as a team and they are all genuine which is rare in the local industry. My fingers were burnt by a local agent who may be popular but whose ethics were abhorrent. Haart are a breath of fresh air! They know their market and are committed to getting you over the line. Haart in Bury St Edmunds have been excellent to deal with. Jasper has been my primary contact and has made the whole process smooth and straightforward. A special mention to Humesya, who showed me around two properties 12/06/26. She was incredibly kind, easy to speak to, and very understanding of my needs, especially as I’m not familiar with the area. What really impressed me was the thoughtful, honest guidance she gave about where else I might want to look. It’s rare to meet someone in the industry who genuinely wants to help you find the right place, not just a place. Haart are lucky to have both Jasper and Humesya, they’re exceptional members of the team and a real credit to the branch.

Freddie has been exceptional from the very first phone call. We were in a difficult position as tenants and he seemed to go above and beyond to help us out, even contacting my husband on his day off over Easter weekend to give him an update. Thanks to Freddie we will not be homeless and move in next week! We can't forget Jack as well who has been accommodating, helpful and kind when viewing the property. If you have difficult/unique circumstances the lettings team at Haart Bury St Edmunds are superstars. Thank you so much! Edited: taken two stars off as on the (moved) day of move we were left waiting for keys and contract with no communication in the morning. Then post move in we've had little help from property managers. The house we moved into has so many issues that property managers called "teething problems". I wouldn't rent with Haart again, so disappointed.
