GoogleReally, really great experience. We bought and sold through Abbots and they were excellent, from arranging loads of viewings for our house to taking our calls and chasing solicitors when it came to completion. Simon and Steve were fantastic throughout and we'd highly recommend them.

Very nice guy, was able to answer most my questions, and any others he made a note of to confirm with the landlord, later confirming some the same day, and the rest the next day via his colleague Kerry. In my application process, the information was clear, and it was really nice to be provided with a rental guidance document to explain my rights. Hopefully my application is successful.

I was looking at serval properties in Bury St Edmund's and Kerry was extemely helpful, she responded to all my questions, concerns and even got me the answers within a couple of hours. She is very easy to talk and work with.
