GoogleI’m So pleased with everything this service has offered to me in helping me find a property. I have now been with them for nearly three years and the help I’ve had has been Impeccable especially by Rosena Cahill any problems Or advise I’ve needed has been solved quickly and her lovely friendly nature has made it all a pleasant experience. Can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend her .

GoogleI have to say that having dealt with a few letting agencies, Surelet have been by far the most efficient and helpful from the initial phone enquiry, matching of property requirements, application process (which included re-opening the office when they were closed on a Saturday afternoon for us) and finally the hand over. I haven't had to chase anything once! and they have maintained regular contact at all times. Five star service for SURE :)

GoogleVery reliable - I was having a difficult time finding a flat, and one of their kind agents (James Hall) was able to set up a viewing for the same day I contacted them! They've been great in helping me settle down and sort out any issues I had. Iain Dickinson and Rosena Cahill have been especially helpful - very cheerful and responsive! Would definitely recommend to anyone moving to Derby!

FacebookWhen searching for a house to rent recently I called into Surelets in Burton. What a Find! Mickey (Mickaela) found for me the ideal place within 24 hours. Could hardly believe my good fortune; then Charley (Charlotte) helped me complete all the paperwork. What an excellent team they are! Both are professional and highly efficient and everything was carried out in a friendly atmosphere. I can highly recommend this Surelets Office.

GoogleI think something really needs to be done about the rules of uc personally I’m a carer for my disabled daughter so I cannot work I think it is unfair that we are rejected from applying for any property because of this especially as her dad is a full time worker and has said he will be paying half of the rent anyway also have 2 other working people to guarantee the rent aswell

GoogleUnfortunately they do not acknowledge emails or pick up the phone to discuss concerns. This is despite sending approx 10 emails, they do not want to hear from you if you have any concerns. If you call them on a whim they will listen to you otherwise they will not respond to you.

Your complaints have been received and you have been updated on each occassion and informed of the steps we are taking and we are able to legally take in the situation. We understand this can be frustrating but should the situation escalate the matter is beyond our remit and you need to contact the police.

GoogleTheir service is really good. On the coldest day, the boiler at home was failed, I called them in the morning and got help from Kleo. In the afternoon, maintenance person came to repair it. They handled things very efficiently and it is worth it praise.
