GoogleFive years back I have rented out my property, initially under management contract. I was kept well informed through out the process of finding the tenants. Always professional and transparent with the management contract. My recent contact has also been dealt with very efficiently by Kleo. Will always recommend.

FacebookI was very pleased with their service, especially after James Norman helped me to sort out a few crucial issues. They were always polite, punctual and professional in all aspects of the business. They aren't the cheapest on the market, however the service level is one of the best available in the area. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI made an application in order to see an apartment in person, which I presume was rejected. Sure let called a few days later and I unfortunately missed that call. After calling back numerous times and leaving multiple messages with other staff I still have not had a call back for 5 days. A simple curtesy call or email would have been appreciated but I have had nothing. Incredibly unprofessional and awful customer service.NegativeResponsiveness

FacebookMoved into my home about 2 years ago now and the service has always been wonderful. Quick responses, any issues have been dealt with very quickly. Rosena has looked after me so well, nothing is too much trouble and she will go out of her way to help you.

GoogleTook a couple months to fix issues such as no heating in the winter and make sure you take pictures of everything because they will try their best to take as much as your deposit as possible

Hi Stuart, thanks for getting in touch. We always do an inventory with photos prior to tenants moving in and this is used to compare with the check out report. Unfortunately we had to take some money (not the whole as agreed with you) from your deposit as the property wasn't returned in the same condition.
