I have nothing but prays for they guys. They have been fantastic, from the first phone call to conferming the booking and then texting to hope everything goes well. We visited a house and Katie Bradey who showed us around was nothing but polite and understanding, my disabled friend was grately appressiative of Katies understanding of her situation and being apologetic over not being able to except her benefits as an income, which is so much better than she has felt with others we have spoken to. We even had a phone call after to ensure everything went ok and to see how we felt about the property. The level of customer care has been second to none. In conclusion these guys will be one of the first I will refer anyone to when looking for a home not just a house. Heres to hoping they can find is something :)

Since using services of Surelet Derby from August 2013 ; I have found them to be excellent at providing a truly professional as well as friendly all-round standard of service. All staff have always been caring and supportive of my personal and family's particular needs, taking care to provide us with best property available.
