GoogleI have to say that having dealt with a few letting agencies, Surelet have been by far the most efficient and helpful from the initial phone enquiry, matching of property requirements, application process (which included re-opening the office when they were closed on a Saturday afternoon for us) and finally the hand over. I haven't had to chase anything once! and they have maintained regular contact at all times. Five star service for SURE :)

Also she added great service in helping with forms/application as she was always quick to respond back to emails or phone calls to solve problems I was having. Definitely outstanding employee and outstanding service. Would recommend sure letting if your new to renting as they give you all the information you need and brilliant service to help find your home.
