Having found myself in a stressful situation regarding my tenancy and the thought of having to move, stress levels were on overload and tbh, panic was setting in. GoogleI have been a long term client of Surelet and have continually used them when required. Rang them on short notice managed to squeeze me in. The Staff and Management are very knowledgeable and professional gave me good indications to rents achievable in the area. Received excellent service from Jessie, I would recommend Surelet to any future landlord they are simply fantastic! The service has been incredible, it really has been 5*

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and negative interaction had with agent Millie Hardwick. Claimed have not received my email when requesting an application for a property. I had to chase them repeatedly only for them to respond when the property was unavailable. When advising my disappointment was met with rudeness and an incredibly unhelpful approach advising that I should call instead of emailing when I work full time with no free time outside of work to contact them. Avoid whenever possible.

GooglePhoned to enquire about a house for sale and to arrange a viewing. Phoned 3 times, left 2 messages with contact phone number which I was told would be passed to the sales team, waited 2 days...and still no-one has tried to contact me. Update - 5 days now and still no contact. As a landlord looking for another investment property, I now would neither buy or sell through this company. Re response - Thank you for responding to this review. Just to clarify though, when I phoned 3 times, each time I spoke to a person (someone called Rob on one occasion I believe) and twice I was assured my contact number would be messaged to the sales team as they were busy and/or out of the office. Thank you for your offer of help but I do not deal with companies who assure me they will do something and then don't have the courtesy to follow up, apart from when they get a critical review.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

The worst agent ever Tom Over one year they haven’t fix mould issue and big crack on the sealing … when we Finlay could move out the playing very dirty games and want charge us how much money they can !!!! This agency it’s always about money, they don’t care about tenants and your rights !!!!
Hello Mila, the money you are referring to is your rent which is for the landlord and you are contractly obligated to pay. You were due to leave the property in July and chose to extend your tenancy which the landlord agreed, You then served the correct notice, however you can't just decide then to leave part way through your notice and not pay rent. This has been explained to you several times. With regards to the mould, this has been investigated several times by the landlord and there is a small area of rising damp which the landlord has decided to resolve when the property is vacant to minimise any disruption to you or any other tenants as this can be a very messy job. We are very considerate towards the tenants and the above has been explained to you on several occassions.
