GoogleDidn't show up for a viewing and waited until the viewing time to call and say they didn't have the right keys. They called earlier asking if we could get to the viewing any sooner. They acted like it was nothing that I had driven over half an hour to get to the property and tried to get me to go back for a viewing. I hope not to have to encounter this estate agents again who couldn't be bothered to show up for the viewing. UPDATE: I received a call from the agent who was supposed to show up the day before asking for me to rebook a viewing. I asked why we only got the call at the viewing time and she replied that she had got there just before and tried the key and left without waiting for us to show up. I find this to be appalling customer service considering we arrived slightly early and was waiting out the door In the rain, ringing the buzzer before recieving the call. The agents have replied here on Google, stating that the key was not at the property. As they never attended the property on or around the time of the viewing, I think it poor conduct to lie to people reading an honest review of how badly they performed their duty as an estate agent (both to me as a potential tennent, and the the landlord, as someone who is paying for them to let out this property) on that day.
Hello Sassi, Thank you for your feedback and it is certainly regrettable that your experience wasn't what we expect here at Sure. Unfortunately the property you were booked to view was being marketed by several other agents. The key to view the property is stored in a communal key safe and upon our arrival we found there to be no key. It transpires that the key was not returned after a viewing with another agent. Unfortunately this was out of our control and I accept the situation could have been handled better when this came to light. Your feedback has been appreciated and we have put measures in place to avoid a similar situation in the future.

GoogleSurelet have been managing my property for the past 18 months, while I travelled across two continents. Renting out your property is difficult at best of times, but luckily I found Surelet, who have offered me a professional and dedicated service. I am regularly informed about queries from tenants, processes I should follow, e.g gas inspection, and notifications when payment is transferred to my account (I like this email). Surelet manage the full property and in the event of any issues, they provide me a problem overview, how they can fix this, and approx cost. Truly hassle free, as only my approval is required. I don't often leave reviews, but when a service is beyond expectation, I feel its only right to share this with other.

GoogleWas intrested in a few properties of theirs to rent. I managed to view one with a snotty snuck up woman called lucy who was no help and just stood in the door way looking us up and down. The bloke was slightly more down to earth in the office but never got back to us over 2 other properties. All 3 are still standing empty and iv applied for a house with someone else. Their loss and the landlords

GoogleAwful company. No sense of duty of care, due process, basic fairness, or integrity with records - including your inventory. Towards the end of your tenancy you can expect them to waste your time doing viewings with new potential tenants that tend not to show up. They don't care if you're present or not for these viewings to keep an eye on your own possessions and what is basically *your* home for the duration of a legal contract. Fees are excessively high, they take liberties with charges against your deposit and they don't give a toss when things go wrong with the buildings infrastructure. It's hard to believe that they have developed a business of this size with such disinterested, lazy staff. I feel sorry for anyone that has to find somewhere to live in Derby, the choices are very poor.

FacebookFirst time letting and the whole team have been fantastic. Replied quickly where as other agencies haven’t replied at all. First viewing with Charlotte Channell who was fantastic and despite the tennents leaving us waiting made us feel at ease and secured us other similar viewings the next day! Second and third viewing were with Sophie Barley and Mitchell Baker who again we’re so welcoming and really made you feel at home in the properties. Both have continued our application and final letting and could not be happier. So efficient, friendly, professional and understanding. Whole team is fantastic.
