The roots of the Burton upon Trent branch go back to the 1970s and the branch relocated to 36 Station Street in 2004. The branch briefly relocated following a fire in 2014, but has returned home to Station Street, which reopened following extensive refurbishment. GoogleHonestly couldn't recommend this letting agent enough, they are polite, professional and efficient and after having the pleasure of speaking to Jayne and Ben me and my daughter have got our home. within a matter of days from viewing the property and being shown around by Ben to getting the call from the lovely jayne saying we've got our home . Just do not trust them as they will push you to every extent to buy property. I was dealing with Loughborough branch. I almost had withdrew from the property I was buying but they assured me that the transaction will be taken care and I won't have issue as the property was not registered and a probate property. But finally the delays and their false assurances helped me to withdraw (although I lost some money). At the end they won't take any responsibility and only blame you for your decisions that you made after trusting them.

They dealt with all aspects of the sale in an efficient & compassionate manner, keeping us updated with enquiries, advice & helpful guidance..a valued approach in the circumstances. GoogleI’ve used Newton Fallowell previously and had a good experience. In comparison to other estate agents these are way above the rest. Once again the service from Newton Fallowell has been first class from start to finish. Communication is something a lot of estate agents lack but Newton Fallowell have excellent communication and are there to guide you every step of the way. I decided to rent a bigger house and I was happy to see, my dream home listed on Newton Fallowell agency . I have used Newton Fallowell for over 20 years as a letting agent for my property in Leicester.Never once in all those years have they let me down. I always get prompt replies to my emails and phone calls.If they is any problem with my property they inform me immediately and go out of their way to assist with resolving any issues with the house. I would highly recommend Remi and the team there to anyone needed a local rental agency.
